Hotel staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Location is central, great for shopping and food, and close to the airport bus terminal. Room size is as you'd expect in Japan, on the slightly bigger side so that was great.

網上見太多評價東京酒店房間太小，但該酒店房間空間還是足夠，房間號的小貴妃躺椅還挺好用，大堂電梯處有一次性洗漱用品自取，房間裏的茶包咖啡包有需求可向前台索取，酒店所處銀座的位置我個人特喜歡

Good location in Ginza, near metro. Room size is good. Bed is comfortable. Like the water dispenser concept at lift lobby, very convenient.

Conveniently located near the Higashi Ginza line (around 5mins walk) and within the vicinity of many malls, convenient stores and eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially since we were travelling with a wheelchair-bound elderly they were extra attentive to our needs.

位置真的非常棒，出門步行幾分鐘就到三越百貨，200米到東銀座A2口，去羽田或者成田機場都很方便！房間確實很小，但是五臟俱全，大家不要有太高期望！服務人員非常熱情！
