Good room, clean bedding and good size for a solo traveler. Great coffee for breakfast and a good spread of offerings. Being in central Ginza makes it a great hotel to stay in

The Room is ok, not too big not too small. It has Bath tube, good to have bath. However front desk of the hotel Is not helpful. We have an accident and need their assistant to call the police and they refuse to do so … will not ever stay in this hotel.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to most shopping areas. The rooms are a bit small, but that's typical for Tokyo and a small trade-off for such a prime location.

This is a good hotel, right in the middle of Ginza. Across from Ippudo ramen! Room was clean, bathroom is spotless. They have most amenities but don’t have shower cap. But overall, loved the place and will be back! Service is also efficient and friendly.
