Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin

The room was exceptional—very spacious, clean, and cozy. The bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. Since I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was often out exploring, housekeeping thoughtfully left a small note reminding me that I could request room cleaning. The breakfast was quite abundant; the braised eggs were particularly delicious, and they also served Cantonese salted flatbread (xian jian bing) and various freshly cooked congees, all of which suited my taste. The doormen provided fantastic service. The moment I got out of the car, they attentively looked after my luggage so I could check in effortlessly. The hotel also uses golf carts to transport guests between the buildings. Although I prefer walking, the golf cart staff would still kindly ask along the way if I needed a ride. I visited Chunlin Hot Springs, where a staff member gave a detailed introduction to the various pools and facilities, many of which feature massage jets. My favorite was the sauna room, which had a faint herbal scent and was incredibly comfortable. I soaked twice—it was attractive, clean, and versatile. I loved it! Finally, upon check-out, the front desk asked about my stay experience, which really showed their attentiveness to guests, and they even gave me a small gift. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time to relax!

Traveling with a large family, we booked a suite. It was our first time staying at an Angsana property, and we were quite impressed; the Banyan Tree quality definitely shines through. It was also our first time driving south from Guangdong. We arrived in Zhuhai quite late, and since this hotel wasn't too far from the border crossing, we decided to book a night. The hotel has a resort-like feel. Hengqin is a bit remote and quiet right now. The breakfast wasn't extensive but edible. The room was spacious enough, and for 999, getting such a large suite, I really can't complain. The cleanliness was fine, and the soundproofing was good too.

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the staff are warm, attentive, and prompt in addressing and resolving guests' requests. The rooms are very large and spacious, fully equipped with children's amenities. I also really appreciate them promptly notifying me about my left-behind items so I could retrieve them. The breakfast offers a good variety. A small suggestion: the restaurant could place the children's tableware in a more visible spot.

The hotel environment is spacious with a ball pit and small cars for kids to play with, but there is ongoing renovation all around, resulting in quite a bit of dust. It's okay for a quick experience, but regular rooms cost over 1,000 yuan, which makes it not really worth it!

An truly wonderful hotel! The room is very spacious and features a bathtub and a large balcony. It feels very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. There's also a kids' play area, complete with a downstairs sand pit and toy excavators—so many thoughtful details that enhance the stay!

The location is convenient for self-driving, about a 15-minute drive from Huafa Mall, making it easy to grab a bite to eat! A great option for family trips!
