The hotel service was great, the rooms are quite spacious, and transportation is very convenient. The breakfast was good, the elevators are fast, and the mattress was amazing after they added a firm topper. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

Overall, it's a pretty good stay, and the hotel's location is decent. However, the facilities in the room are really outdated. The duvets and pillows are due for an upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the pastries and dim sum, which were absolutely delicious and easily rivaled any outside bakery. The duvet was painfully thin. Since it's autumn, turning on the heating is out of the question, and Zhengzhou is already such a dry place.

During my stay in Zhengzhou, I booked an executive room at the Hilton Zhengzhou. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the guest room TV doesn't support screen casting. However, the front desk and housekeeping services were quite good, though the breakfast was just average. Compared to the Hilton hotels in Chengdu and Chongqing—which cost about the same—the breakfast, afternoon tea, and executive lounge at the Zhengzhou property are definitely subpar.
