With Sapporo city center hotel prices skyrocketing on weekends, this hotel near Shin-Sapporo Station offers exceptional value for money. You can walk directly from the second-floor skywalk connecting Shin-Sapporo Station in about 5 minutes. Take the elevator next to FamilyMart down to the first floor for check-in. The rooms are very new, and there's a large public bath (onsen) on the 3rd floor, which is why the in-room toilet and shower are separate. A special mention goes to the breakfast on the hotel's first floor. If purchased separately, it costs over 2500 yen and features dishes like paella, bottled sashimi, melon ice cream, and you can even make your own Hokkaido soup curry or yuzu ramen.

The hotel's location is convenient, with direct access by JR or subway. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a large public bath. Breakfast is plentiful, and the dining area is spacious. There are convenience stores, a shopping mall, and restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a nice style and the rooms are clean. I really liked the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the shower — it was very convenient to use. The only thing I wasn't quite used to was the sink being right next to the bed, as water could easily splash out. It's a huge plus that the windows can open. All the toiletries are well-stocked, and there are malls and supermarkets nearby.

The room and facilities were generally clean and comfortable. While there wasn't a bathtub, the shower was perfectly adequate for those who don't need one. Basic amenities were also provided. My only minor concerns were the slow elevators and the limited floors with vending machines.
