It is conveniently located near JR Matsuyama Station.
Overall, it was clean and the facilities were good.
The staff were also friendly.
You can reach the bustling Kintengai shopping arcade in about 15 minutes by walk.
Of course, you can move faster by taking the tram.

A great option if you are coming via train to Matsuyama. It’s a quick walk from the station so it’s pretty convenient. The bus and tram stations are close too so you have your options regarding transport. They have many amenities available on the lobby floor for you to take. The staff are kind and respectful. I really enjoyed my stay.

No other hotels available during the May public holiday long weekend and we stayed here for a night. Typical Japanese small room with a unit bath, hotel is quite dated so there is no aircon and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room so it was really stuffy and hot.

The soundproofing at the hotel isn't very good. If you're in a room near the hallway, it's something to be aware of.

Even though it's an older hotel, it's well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and is conveniently located just about a 3-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station.
