Causeway 353 Hotel

The hotel is located near the shopping street with tram stops nearby. Very convenient.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this establishment and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The condition of the room was quite disappointing, especially considering the price we paid, even with a discount. I observed areas that were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. There was a notable issue with a dead insect that was positioned above the bed, within a picture frame. This was quite an unpleasant surprise and certainly detracted from the overall comfort of the room. Given these observations, I do not believe the accommodation quite lived up to what one might expect from a four-star rating. Furthermore, the room did not feel like the "king deluxe" experience that was advertised. I hope these comments can be taken constructively to improve future guest experiences.

Not a bad stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located near Myers and the walking street. Its a good no frill hotel with a friendly help desk. The only issue we had was finding a place for our car for parking nearby. We could only parking at Docklands as it had cheaper daily rates. The views of the Yarra river and the public library were amazing!

A very comfortable stay with really spacious rooms and brilliant sound proofing. So quiet despite being right in the centre of the city. Check in and staff were very excellent, so helpful and friendly. Superb location, highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit and see the very best that Melbourne has to offer.

Nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Great location for shopping and walkabouts.
