The hotel really beat our expectations with its friendly service, cleanliness, facilities and prime location.
We spent time in the hotel searching for the Secret Room with Hidden Treasures, which our girls loved. They rated this as their best hotel stay for the treasure hunt experience.
The Kid’s Room we chose also provided a dozen board games and a “20 golden coins hunt” that occupied the family at night.
I would definitely recommend this Mimaru hotel to friends and families with children.
I look forward to trying different Mimaru hotels.

Room was sparkling clean. Have board gamea which helps a lot keeping kids at bay if you know what I mean. Got coin laundry. Need to pay of course. Walking distance to the wet market.

Easy to find the location following the google map when alight at the Nankai airport train station. The room is big enough for the family of four. They change the towels every other day and the lobby has got board games, free drink/kopi. Staff knows how to speak English and able to give advice on the railway (this is impt cos u wil get lost)😄. Recommended

The hotel is located at a good location. Near train station and a lot of restaurants nearby. All the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. We have a kid who fever during the trip and the staff are helpful to advuse the clinic which have english speaking doctor and help to indicate the kid details and condition in a Japanese language in writting. On the day we check-out we left one of the small bag at the hotel and the staff managed to arrange local courier to my friend in Tokyo on the next day with reasonable local courier fees. It's a good choice to choose this hotel and I will go back to this hotel on my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Namba, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or a group.
The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to Namba Station, Dotonbori, Tsutenkaku and plenty of shops and restaurants. Super convenient!
Our room was spacious and very well-designed. Compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan, the size and layout here made a huge difference, especially when traveling with kids. The small kitchen, dining space, and washing machine were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel comfortable.
Overall, MIMARU Namba is a perfect choice for families — great location, spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service.
I would definitely stay here again!
