Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. Since the local weather is quite dry, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small welcome gift, which was full of nice touches. The breakfast was lavish, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was great with easy transportation. The overall service was warm and heartwarming. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location and makes getting around very convenient. Overall, the room is quite decent, and the happy hour at the lounge offers an exceptionally wide variety of food. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very responsive and patient with all our questions. The room had great natural light, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel environment is quiet and makes for a very relaxing stay. You can really feel the thoughtfulness in the service details. Definitely worth recommending!

Full marks! The room was impeccably clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were fast, and the staff were polite and patient. With complete amenities and great value for money, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to go anywhere. As a well-established brand, it offers a very comfortable and reassuring stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit! 👍

The room is spacious and comfortable, and very close to the subway station—only about 200 meters away. The breakfast is average, but the seafood buffet dinner is super rich. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but thanks to the customer service for resolving it perfectly. The swimming pool has a comfortable water temperature, and there is also a well-equipped gym with complete facilities.

The hotel I chose for this trip has a truly convenient location; it's right outside the subway station exit, and it's also quite close to the high-speed railway station and the airport.

The room is clean and tidy. I stay here often and am always satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The receptionist at the front desk was lovely, eagerly helping with the invoice and even giving a small gift. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. Parking is hassle-free, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!
