Hotel Brighton City Osaka Kitahama

The hotel was good, except the room was a bit small. For a family of four with three single beds, there was only enough space to walk past one bedside table. It would have been better if the two single beds pushed together could be fixed in place, as the person sleeping in the middle felt uncomfortable due to the gap. The bed base also moved around. Housekeeping changed towels and toiletries daily, which was great. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. Getting to the hotel from the airport by public transport was easy; it's right by the station exit. The only downside was the breakfast; it was too basic and not worth the price. There's a 7-Eleven opposite, which we visited daily. The surroundings were quiet for shopping.

Great service! Our scheduled check-in time was 3 PM, but we arrived around 1 PM and they let us check in early since there was a room available. The hotel has self-service laundromats on floors 2, 5, 8, and 11, which should be plenty, though we didn't have time to use them. Right across from the hotel is a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy, and there are a few restaurants nearby. It's also super close to the K-line metro station, just about a 3-minute walk.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a window, which was a pleasant surprise. They also have a laundry room that supports QR code payments, which is super convenient. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs too, perfect for grabbing some essentials before heading out. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby – I even had the best pork chop rice of my life!
