Hotel Majestic Saigon

Arriving on a hot day, I was so relieved by the cold welcome drink. The room was clean, and we even received cookies during the turndown service. The breakfast area had an open-air section, allowing us to enjoy a elegant breakfast overlooking the river. The location was also great, making for a wonderful stay. I'd love to stay here again next time.

I got a free upgrade, which was fantastic! They even showed me to the room before check-in to make sure I was happy with it, which made me feel very secure about my stay. The welcome drink and other services were excellent! The pool was also incredibly refreshing!

Booked a deluxe double room through Trip.com, but ended up getting a standard double. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bath towels were old. Trip.com said they had staff who spoke Chinese, but it was only a few simple phrases. A five-star hotel?

This a historic old hotel conveniently located near the Saigon River and the Japanese Quarter. It's also easy to get to the walking street for shopping.

The location is excellent, with most major attractions within walking distance. It's a hotel with a lot of Vietnamese character. The staff are all very enthusiastic, and upon check-in, you're greeted with fruit, a special drink, and snacks in your room. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the shower water pressure is strong. The toiletries smell great too. Breakfast is plentiful, with Vietnamese specialties available every morning. The only regret is that the staff in the restaurant seemed more attentive and friendly towards European and American guests, seating them and taking drink orders, which felt a bit like differential treatment. Although their service was polite, it just made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a charming and beautiful hotel. You get a great view of the Saigon River, and the night view was stunning. The facilities are a bit old, and it can get a little noisy during rush hour.

Hello, I was the guest in room 206, checking in on June 30th. After resting for a bit, I went out around 3 PM. When I left, my suitcase was open, and inside were clothes and a GoPro camera, which was attached to a neck strap mount and not easy to remove. When I returned in the evening, I noticed the room had been tidied. The next morning, I checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. Around 6 PM that afternoon, I returned to pick up my luggage to go to the airport. During that time, I opened my suitcase once at the luggage storage area to put something in. I didn't use the GoPro at all during my two days and one night in Ho Chi Minh City, so I didn't pay close attention to it. Afterward, I flew directly to Hanoi, and at the hotel there, I discovered my GoPro was missing from my suitcase, with only the neck strap mount remaining. I contacted you to help me look for the camera, but you said it hadn't been seen. After returning home, I carefully replayed all the events in my mind, and it's only possible that it went missing at your hotel. I hope that after seeing this review, you can help me check the surveillance footage again and contact me.
