This hotel is best value for money. Centrally located to all tourist attractions. The hotel room is well furnished with amenities; large Tv. fridge, micro oven and washing machine. The most unique feature is the shower room and can be turn into the a drying room for laundry

The location is convenient as it’s nearby to restaurants and attractions. It’s not crowded as well. Accommodating staffs. Clean and affordable hotel.

Had a great stay at Doutonbori Crystal III, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Although on our very last night our neighbours did choose to smoke in a smoke free hotel (every 20 minutes!!!) and it stunk up our WHOLE ROOM every time before we went down to report it at the desk. Again it was then sorted by the staff. Previous reviews mention a slight sewage smell, this was not an issue for us on our visit in the double room.

Excelent place to stay longer. Has a big bathroom, washing machine and little kitchen. Beds were also comfortable. Location bit tricky, won’t recommend walking around either children. Convenience store right next to it!

The hotel is convenient, there's an equipped kitchen, washing machine and the shower can turn into a dryer. It is well located, it's two blocks away from the shopping area filled with restaurants and activities. It's an 11-minute walk to the metro station.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel !The location is absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk to the heart of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It made exploring the local nightlife, shopping areas, and famous street food incredibly convenient. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel itself is located in a surprisingly quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed and great soundproofing. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and fluent in English, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Offering incredible value for money, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. Highly recommended to everyone!
