DeRUCCI Hotel (DongGuan BinJiang Stadium Station)

The service was attentive and thorough, the room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The location was convenient, making travel very smooth. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, and responded promptly. The overall experience was fantastic, offering great value for money. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends.

Booked this hotel with high hopes, especially for the Mousse Sleep tailored pillow experience. However, the pillow customization felt a bit perfunctory; perhaps it's something regulars are used to, but for a first-timer, it was disappointing. The pillow brought to my room by the staff didn't seem to match the measurements. When I inquired at the front desk, they said there was a mistake and sent another one, but honestly, there was no noticeable difference... I also requested a medium-firm mattress when checking in, but the room I was assigned had a soft one instead. All my pre-arrival expectations were completely dashed. The photo shows the area where the sofa meets the wall, and the years of accumulated dust are quite frightening for someone with a dust mite allergy. 😨

Had a very comfortable stay! The hotel amenities were excellent, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Also, a big thank you to front desk staff member #70 for their assistance.

First off, the service was excellent. On our first day, receptionist #95 was incredibly attentive. They gave us a free room upgrade, complimentary custom pillows, and even helped with our bags. Their attitude was fantastic, making us feel right at home. The room itself had a huge bed, a wonderful view, and was fully equipped and spotless. We also slept in quite late, and receptionist #59 kindly extended our check-out until 4 PM free of charge.

Carmen provided very attentive service. The hotel's breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The room was very comfortable, and parking was also very convenient.
