Richmond Hotel Sapporo Odori

Excellent rooms! I stayed for three nights. They have large rooms if you need space, and smaller, more affordable ones too. The location couldn't be more convenient – Don Quijote is just 50 meters away!

Excellent location with convenient transportation and easy access to shopping. The environment is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the food is delicious. The facilities are well-equipped, the service is attentive, and the staff are polite. I will definitely come again.

An average hotel in a great location, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Sapporo Station is about a 20-minute walk away. The service was good; I stayed for 4 nights and received drink vouchers, though I didn't use them. I didn't specifically take photos of the room, but it perfectly met my needs. I booked too early and missed out on a 50% off promotion that came out later. 😅

🧭: The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It's an easy walk to Odori Park ⛲️ and the TV Tower 🗼. ✅: The hotel provides POLA shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which is a great value for money. The lobby also offers other toiletries, coffee, and tea bags, which guests can pick up as needed. ✍️: The hotel's back door connects directly to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, 4th Block, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. No more getting lost! 😂

The location is superb, with a side entrance directly facing Tanukikoji, perfect for evening shopping at the drugstores. There's also an airport bus stop nearby. The best part is the incredibly rich breakfast and excellent service. Plus, every adult gets a free beer coupon daily, which is a real bonus for beer lovers, haha! As usual, the rooms are a bit small. They say housekeeping is every two days, but someone comes in daily to empty the trash and replenish towels. In the lobby, you can help yourself to free toothpaste, toothbrushes, facial masks, and bath salts as needed. However, the hotel's prices are a bit inflated on weekends, and ironically, booking in advance can be significantly more expensive than booking on the day. This time, Trip.com customer service was fantastic and helped me get a refund for the price difference. I'm very satisfied with Trip.com's service, which made for a perfect trip.
