HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Universal Studios and close to the subway station. The hotel is clean and the service is good, with spacious rooms. It offers a lot of amenities, the price is reasonable, and it provides great value for money.

The hotel's location is truly special; it's right next to Universal Studios, so after a late night out, you can just head straight back to rest. The rooms are also exceptionally clean, and everything feels very new. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel is just across the road from Universal Studios, an excellent location! You can see Universal Studios from your room, getting you into the park spirit early. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is very handy, and you can store your luggage too! 👍🏻

Hotels in Osaka are much cheaper than those in Tokyo, and this room is relatively large with an ocean view right across. However, the king-size bed is actually two twin beds pushed together, and the mattress is a bit firm. It's very close to the subway station and the theme park, just a few minutes' walk away. This was definitely the best value-for-money accommodation of our entire trip to Japan.

The room was quite spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor offered great value for money. It's also very close to Universal Studios. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic during check-out.

Cozy and welcoming with excellent service, and very convenient for getting around. It's walking distance to Universal Studios, and the hotel is right behind the port, making it easy to take a boat to the aquarium. Great for families with kids, very satisfying. Definitely a good choice.

Upon checking in, I immediately noticed obvious bloodstains on the bedsheets, which significantly impacted my stay and raised doubts about the thoroughness of the bedding's cleaning and replacement. I hope the hotel can strengthen its room hygiene checks, especially for items that directly touch the skin, like bedsheets and duvet covers. Aside from that, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to Universal Studios Japan, within walking distance, which saves a lot of time for guests primarily visiting USJ, as they don't have to rush to catch transportation early in the morning. The location is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage. Overall, the hotel's location is indeed excellent, making it very convenient for Universal Studios visitors. However, during peak season, the room rates are relatively high, and at such a price point, finding bloodstains on the sheets is quite unacceptable. Therefore, I personally feel the value for money during peak season stays is only average. If they could improve hygiene and bedding checks, the overall experience would likely be much better.

Perfect! Ten years ago, I also stayed at the Hotel Universal Port when visiting USJ, and it's still so convenient and fitting for the location. The hotel's Ricorico buffet is excellent and very kid-friendly, with a particularly rich selection of snacks! And the breakfast at the small restaurant downstairs was unexpectedly delicious! You can even take it back to your room to enjoy. This time, our room faced the back harbor, making it super easy to take a boat to the aquarium across the way! If you're traveling with kids, you absolutely must go. It was a truly unforgettable experience~~~
