An excellent hotel with strategic location at the centre of Bukit Bintang. Our always no.1 choice… this time we had a much better room. We wished we had more time to rest at the hotel.. always enjoyed sleeping in on the luxurious comfortable bed and having an extraordinary feeling with the shower facilities.. and services always the best. Thank you WOLO.. as always definitely will stay at WOLO. Hope WOLO will have a loyalty club - as we have been staying there almost 10 times already in just 2-3 years.

Location is perfect, waling disctance to shopping mall and food street. Very close to MRT and Monorail.

Super nice strategic area, it has been 5 years and still looks very new, very well maintained. Just corner the main road jalan Alor street in bukit bintang. Near everywhere. Very nice place to stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Hotel located at the middle of Bukit Bintang and nearby malls. Clean and spacious rooms and great hospitality. Will definitely come back here again someday!

Good location, walkable distance to malls around and have nice food around the hotel. Chagee is located right at the side of the checkin counter. Everything is good except the lack of swimming and gym facilities

The location is great, situated in the middle of Bukit Bintang. You can just walk from the hotel. Nearby Monorail and MRT station too. The view from the hotel room is superb too.
But the only thing is they dont serve buffet breakfast as like almost all 4 stars hotel do. They only deliver the pre-order breakfast menu upon check in to your room in the morning.

David was very outstanding in his service towards me and my partner. He goes the extra mile in ensuring that things go smoothly for us. There were hiccups at the start due to the air conditioning unit not being cold at all but after changing the room twice, the issue was rectified. Other than that, the water drainage choked and had to call the technician to get it fixed. Location js quite central but only thing no pool or gym.

The environment is great, the food is delicious, and the sound system is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. There's a KKV downstairs and the MRT station near Pavilion is very convenient.
