Enjoyed the free afternoon tea..reception was very helpful answer our questions. The amenities are readily available to help yourself. The hotel provided Dyson hairdryer, just inform the reception and it will be sent to your room.

Great location, around the corner of Bukit Bintang Station. Everywhere is walking distance and hid away from the crowded shopper. Special thanks to Ms Carmen who we met during check in and check out, she took care of us when we arrived earlier than the check in time, helping us to store our luggage in order for us to for a walk comfortably while waiting for our room. Hotel high tea offering allow us to hid away from the afternoon sun while enjoying a cozy high tea session. All the hotel staff who we come across are friendly and always carrying a smile. Some corner of the room are showing aging sign but they are minor issue to us as long the room is clean. Gym seem to be a forgotten area but pool quite empty when we visited.

All the staff at the lobby is very friendly and very helpful! They are also polite and willing to help solve any issues that you might have. Hotel room is ok and roomy. Beds are decently comfortable and location is quite convenient too. Would recommend this place and it is decently budget friendly too.

Beautiful interior and exterior and located centrally, steps away from the busy Bukit Bintang cross walk. It's located near convenience stores, coffeeshops and many malls. Rooms are great, if a little dark. Staff were friendly.

I love this hotel so much , it’s give you feel cozy, nice room with comfortable beds. Their pool area is so good 😊 good place for few friends chill out. During Tea time they preparing many choice of snack and free flow wine from 3.00pm-5.00pm . Definitely worth to stay 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
