Great location, close to everything yet surprisingly quiet! Definitely worth revisiting. The sound system was fantastic for watching movies and listening to music.

Even though it's an incredibly popular hotel and the rooms are spacious, it feels like it's missing some soul and character. It just feels empty, and there's nothing really to make you want to linger. For a high-end hotel, the value for money is decent, mainly because of the large rooms.

It's not really a hotel, it's a high-end accommodation. Maybe because there are pets staying with us, there is always a dog smell. The room is big but the service and cleanliness are average. It's really not worth paying more than 6,000 a night. I would rather go to Hilton or Ritz-Carlton.

Spectacular in every way. The lobby is open from around 9am to 10pm daily. Otherwise, mostly app- and tablet-based controls. Pretty easy to navigate.

Truly exceptional experience—I spent 3 nights in the "Sound" unit at Notahotel, my first time trying this innovative concept property. The app-based communication system worked seamlessly, and Masa's daily breakfast deliveries were a highlight. Our accommodations featured stunning Japanese minimalist design with exquisite attention to detail. While technically listed for up to 6 guests, the space is ideally suited for a couple with perhaps 2 children—definitely not comfortable for 6 adults.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The area is residential and about a 15 minute to the city center.
