Aman Tokyo

The TV in the room was a bit small. It would have been great if the suite had two showers, especially since it already has two toilets. Overall, a very satisfying hotel – a peaceful oasis hidden in the bustling city.

The space exudes a Japanese Zen aesthetic, with a breathtaking 30-meter high lobby and a stunning dry landscape garden. Even the standard rooms are incredibly spacious, featuring a sunken granite bathtub where you can soak while enjoying panoramic views of the Imperial Palace from above. The 30-meter sky pool and Japanese hot springs are truly a dream. The service is incredibly attentive, almost as if they can read your mind, and breakfast is exquisite and delicious. While the room rates are high, the impeccable sense of ultimate luxury makes it an absolute must-stay experience at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommended!

The room was in great condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The complimentary food was also delicious. I have such fond memories that I'd love to try other Aman properties next time! :)

The room was spacious with a great view, and the service was excellent. The lobby is stunning, and the non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary. They even left a small gift with turndown service every night. It truly lives up to the Aman standard. The only minor downsides were the breakfast, which wasn't very good and remained almost identical for all seven days of my stay, with no buffet and extra charges for additional items. Also, it seemed like they didn't empty the trash during room cleaning.

It was 5:30 PM in Otemachi, Tokyo, and a massive halo, like a holy light, enveloped the area, reflecting the silhouette of the world's most beautiful CBD on the glass facade of Otemachi Tower. Perched atop this magnificent skyscraper, Aman Tokyo, which stunned the world a decade ago, remains an unparalleled benchmark for modern city hotels. ｜The soaring 30-meter high atrium, crafted with washi lanterns, wood textures, and concrete and rock, creates a 'dry landscape' garden in the urban clouds. ｜The view facing the Imperial Palace is arguably Tokyo's most beautiful skyline (it ruthlessly trumps the already impressive view from the neighboring Bulgari). ｜While the ambiance at Arva, the Italian restaurant on the other side of the lobby, is superb, the food wasn't to my taste. I'd recommend the Aman Cafe on the first floor, a glasshouse enveloped by the 'Otemachi Forest' oasis instead.

An absolutely delightful experience! The public areas and the views from the window are outstanding, and the facilities and services are impeccable.

The entire hotel exudes a sophisticated and upscale dark aesthetic, and the high-ceilinged lobby is astonishing for a space located so high up. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Imperial Palace, and on clear days, you can even see Mount Fuji in the distance. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a very satisfying stay. The only drawback is its location in a business district, so there isn't much to explore nearby. However, it's conveniently located not far from Tokyo Station, just a ten-minute walk away, making it easy to access the subway or JR lines. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
