The hotel’s location is excellent, with one of the Shinsaibashi Station exits located directly beneath the hotel, making it extremely convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping district, with many luxury brand boutiques nearby.
Before my stay, I requested a high-floor, quiet room through the app, and the hotel accommodated my request by assigning me a room on the 27th floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
After checking out, I asked one of the staff members where the pickup point would be if I booked a taxi through an app. Instead of simply giving directions, she personally accompanied me to the taxi stand on Level 1 and even spoke to the driver in Japanese to confirm my destination. This thoughtful gesture really stood out and reflected the hotel’s excellent service.
The only minor downside was the pillows, which I found a little too flat for my preference. A slightly firmer or more supportive pillow would have made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, I found this hotel to offer outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.
