Hotel is very clean, and it is just near train station. There are convenience stores nearby, i just wish there was more toiletries in the hotel

I'll give the superb bathroom and shower facilities 10 stars if I could. Beats a lot of 5 star hotel bathrooms hands down. They have a good breakfast spread as well, and many amenities. The ice cream vending machine sells delicious ice cream too. Location is great, though you still need to cross an uncovered section of a road to Sapporo station area. Lots of good food and convenient shopping nearby. My only gripe is the layout of the room doesn't allow for large suitcases to be opened conveniently. I have to open my suitcase near the entrance, beside the bathroom.

It's quite a good hotel given that it's very close to the Sapporo Station and is a walkable distance to Susukino. However, the cleanliness was quite substandard... We found some curly hair in the bathtub after we checked in and there were some hair on the freshly given towels. We stayed there for 7 nights but some of the trash was not thrown away during some nights (even though we had our "makeup the room" sign out). The hotel has ice machine, on tap wine bar (you only get 1 cup per person, it's 300 yen after your first cup), coffee machine (no tea provided). The room is big enough to open 2 28" luggage.

When you see Kani honke, the hotel right behind !! Easy find and convenient! Nearby to station, susukino or tanujikoji, Sapporo tower, odori park- everything is just at walking distance ! Will def come back again !

Extremely convenient to Sapporo Station and to walk around to various shopping destinations and fish markets. Didn’t like that it didn’t have a safe. The buffet breakfast wasn’t very exciting. Loved the all day coffee machine and drinks in the evening.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo JR Station, which is super convenient for shopping and also near the underground walkway. The location is excellent. The room has great natural light, and the bathroom facilities are very clean. Plus, the lobby offers free coffee.

Clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's a quiet spot despite being centrally located. Even without taking the JR, the airport bus stop is very close for both arrival and departure, just an 8-minute walk away.
