Had a wonderful and comfortable 9-night stay at Forza Hotel Sapporo with my sister. The location is extremely convenient, with Sapporo Station just a comfortable 5–8 minutes’ walk away, and plenty of eateries and convenience stores right around the hotel. The staff were consistently polite, friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered such a wide variety that we never got tired of it throughout our 9 nights! The fresh sashimi, delicious local rice and ice cream were definite favourites. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The comfort, convenience, friendly service and excellent breakfast made Forza a great choice for our Sapporo trip. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit!

The triple room at the hotel was a bit small, but its location was excellent, very close to the Donan Bus ticket office and boarding point. There's complimentary coffee and hot chocolate on the second floor, which was a thoughtful touch. They also provided toothbrushes and bath sponges for the kids.

Very close to Sapporo Station and Kani Honke, making it super convenient for transportation. The only minor points were needing to ask for cleaning and water. The room was small, but the shower and toilet were separate and quite spacious, with three beds, perfect for families. There's also free coffee downstairs.

The location is great, and the hygiene is pretty good too, though once I found a hair on the towel and a tiny hair on the bedsheet. Overall, it's acceptable, but the room is tiny – it's the smallest hotel room I've stayed in in Japan. The service attitude was good, though. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I'll definitely pay more attention to room size before booking a hotel.

The location is very convenient, you can easily exploring the shopping area also nearby to Hokkaido university. Nearby has a lot of restaurants too. Actually it is also not far away from odori park, all by walking distances. The breakfast is good too, l like the local bread.
