From the hotel window, you can see the queue of people, and it's super convenient to get to the entrance. The staff's service attitude is also excellent; they truly embody Japanese hospitality. They even kept some items I'd left behind in my room and provided extra bottled water. While Japanese service can be a bit rigid, and you usually can't check in even a minute before the official time, everything else was great. It really made me appreciate how hard everyone in the service industry works. If you're looking for a hotel, this one offers great value for money because it's right next to the closest park entrance.

This is my second time staying here, and I can't believe I got two nights for the price of an Atour hotel! The exchange rate really worked in my favor. It's the second closest hotel to Universal Studios, right after the official Universal Hotel itself. The room is perfectly adequate, and it's so nice to be able to come back and rest at the hotel after a long day of playing. Plus, you can eat outside the park – the food inside is expensive and not very good.

This hotel is a lifesaver after a long day, located just 200 meters from the Universal ticket gate, visible right as you step out. The facilities are very comfortable. My only complaint is that the AC vent blows directly onto the bed, and even on the lowest fan speed, it's strong and can't be adjusted, which gave me a bit of a headache after two nights. Downstairs, there are restaurants, a Starbucks, and a well-stocked supermarket. The hotel also gives out sparkly Sesame Street sling bags as gifts. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the most polite front desk staff. There's also an ice machine downstairs.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The family room is really spacious; even with four beds, it didn't feel cramped at all. It's only about 200 meters from USJ, and there's a Sushiro right next door. It was perfect – we'd finish at USJ, grab a number at Sushiro, go back to the room to drop off our stuff, and then head down to eat. The timing was just right! 👍🏻

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kintetsu Universal City! The location is unbeatable—it’s only a 1-minute walk to Universal Studios Japan, making it incredibly convenient to visit the park from early morning until closing time. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. One of the highlights was the lovely surprise gift from the hotel—an exclusive Original Pass Holder featuring Sesame Street characters from the park. The glitter inside moves when you shake it, making it a fun and unique souvenir that brought a smile to our faces. After checking out, we were able to take the airport limousine bus directly to the airport for an additional fee, which was very convenient and made our journey home much easier. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent location, comfortable accommodation, thoughtful service, and a few special touches that made our stay even more memorable.
