Casa Faraona Luxury Residences

A definite gem in Madrid, for sure. With rooms that had clearly been thought about when designing, with funky wallpaper and art. It felt cared-for and loved - and that rubs off. Location was great too - easily walkable to the park and Prado museum. In short - a new regular hotel…?

Casa Faraona was fantastic. Very large room, nicely appointed. Very personable and helpful hostess. The food at the restaurants was also very good. If you want to see the Flamenco sho, you will need to book many days in advance. Location is across from Retire Park and everything is walkable - restaurants, shopping, museums, parks. A great first stop in our first trip to Spain.

The room quality was probably the best in its category I have ever been at (spending 120-140 nights per year in hotels) - fantastic design, absolutely outstanding and tasteful. In addition, the most thoughtful, easy and smart interfaces for lighting arrangements and shower operations. Plus lots of little thoughtful details that made the room quality outstanding. Location directly on Plaza de la Independencia, yet my room was absolutely quiet at night, even with the window open. Service level and staff numbers are absolutely minimalistic - yet super friendly, very helpful and responsive. Breakfast arrangements work through a public restaurant on the ground floor, which works fine. Overall extremely impressive. Will come back.

Absolutely loved this place!! Honestly, the hotel was spectacular from start to finish. From the decor to the staff… The location is spot on — you step outside and you’re right by some of the best bars and restaurants, in Madrid Ramses, patio de Leon….Couldn’t ask for better location! The staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like a hassle. Everything was easy…The room was gorgeous had everything you needed and more! The pay attention to every little details so refreshing! They make you feel really special. I’ll 100% be back next time . Highly recommend it , one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while surpassed my expectations!

What a fabulous hotel. I absolutely loved my stay - it was wonderful. The room was very spacious (which was great as I stayed for a week), the desk was large and comfortable (great because i was working), the bed and linens are to die for, and the service was excellent. I came home to a beautiful room everyday. The location is also awesome.

I stayed in Casa Faraona for 4 nights in a suite room. I think this is the one of the best experiences I take home from Madrid. The location is superb, next to El Retiro park, making the zone very green, clean and relaxing. I think this is the best area to stay in Madrid, cause it is very green, close to El Paseo del Arte, walkable to the old city and all the shopping is right over the corner (literally). This is not an hotel, but a luxury residence that belongs to a company owning several premises in Madrid. That adds a 5D effect to a simple stay: I stayed in a wonderful room, had savoury breakfast a la cart downstairs in Patio de Leones, visited flamenco show for free and had an opportunity to have a complimentary cocktail in Ramses on the ground floor, plus enjoy Six Harmony Spa. The check in and my communication with the staff was quick and easy via whats app. However, one needs to bear in mind that there is no 24h staff service. It was not a problem for me. I would like to thank dear Maureen who made my impression about the stay perfect! The room is gorgeous! Spacious, clean and light. It was made with a top design studio and it feels. Every detail counts. Hand made mattress, heavenly made linens, Olivetti typing machine for some inspiration and vintage touch, Netflix, tea and coffee, beautiful shower… Every time I came back to the room, I was happy. I was a bit nervous when I booked the room cause it looked the courtyard. However, it turned out to be a perfect choice! It is much more quite than the outside. And the room faces wonderful murals, painted by artists for Casa Faraona.

Incredible place with unique design and top-notch customer service. The room was huge and every detail was amazing. Casa Faraona also gifted us welcome drinks at Ramses which was amazing. Best area, very calm and close to museums and El Retiro park
