Room’s a bit small, but location is relatively convenient (nearest subway station is Kyobashi station, and a fair bit of walk from JR Tokyo Station).
Love that the shower and bathtub are separated, unlike some other branches I stayed in this and past trips. Big plus for the self-serve amenities shelf — they even include cooling gel foot patches and moisturizing masks!
A pity that there’s no in-house café for buffet style breakfast and no welcome matcha tea like the Kyoto Premier outlet. Overall, still a good stay and intend to come back for future trips.

房間位置不錯，走路到東京站和銀座都是10分鐘左右，日本橋高島屋7，8分鐘，羽田機場一線直達。區域屬於東京CBD，很安靜，街道也比新宿澀谷乾淨整潔。樓下就是7-11，方便。房間不大，但浴室乾濕分離，很喜歡，服務也不錯。每次日本之行住的最多就是Daiwa～

Room is in a good condition and clean.
Location is great to commute Tokyo station and Ginza by walk.

Recommended Hotel. Near to Tokyo Station and 3 mins walk from Takaracho Station. Super convenient because of Convenient Store at the 1st floor. Their Lobby is in the 3rd floor. We stayed 4D3N. Such a wonderful stay.
