Spacious room with huge king sized bed. The breakfast spread was good. A lot of choices available both local and international. Worth the money. Less than rm500 and breakfast included for 2.highly recommended

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is warm and welcoming. When we arrived, the hotel already had lovely Christmas decorations up. I asked the front desk staff if we could have a room with a nice view, and she said 'Of course!' but that the view rooms weren't ready yet. She offered us another room to rest in while we waited, promising to call us once our preferred room was cleaned. About an hour later, she arranged for our new room, and the view was fantastic! We could see both the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower. It really exceeded our expectations. Big thanks to the hotel staff!

Overall, the room was clean and pleasant. However, the main setback was the bathtub shower head. It was faulty, and when we pulled it out, the water splashed everywhere, leaving the entire bathroom wet. The shower tube was also rusty and dirty. This issue affected the overall comfort of the stay.

1) Cleanliness issue – Cockroaches in the bathroom
On the first morning, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and immediately reported it to the reception. The staff told me they would solve the problem. However, the next morning, I saw another cockroach again.
I informed the receptionist once more, but this time the staff simply smiled, did not apologise, and immediately turned to serve another foreign guest.
Is this the kind of service we should expect from a 5-star hotel?
2) Poor parking experience
The parking spaces are extremely narrow, and most of the first-level parking lots are reserved. They should allocate more convenient parking spaces for actual hotel guests.
Overall, I am quite disappointed with the service and facilities. Definitely not the experience I expected from a 5-star Sheraton.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to the city center, and transportation is also good. There are many different types of restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall across the street. The breakfast selection is rich, and there's an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the stay was comfortable, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They also prepared lovely honeymoon decorations and even provided a slice of cake as per our request. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service from this hotel.

Always going to KUL and stay in Sheraton Imperial since 2019 but unfortunately too bed experience at this time.
Leaking on the floor and reported to reception and complained but no one help me!
