Hilton Niagara Falls/ Fallsview Hotel and Suites

We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold. We were in walking distance to a ******, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!

Location was perfect and the view was amazing. However waited a long time to check-in, room was like a furnace, even with the vent open. The carpet was crispy to walk, the beds kept moving away from the wall and there was a precarious brown mark on the ceiling. The room definitely needed maintainence. The staff at the desk were nice.

The Hilton Niagara falls is an excellent location to the transport and attractions that the Niagara Falls provides. The service however led a bit to be desired. No sugar for tea or coffee. Inferior quality tea and coffee provided. Housekeeping ignored our towels being hung up to save the environment and replaced all but a bath mat. Had to use a hand towel on the floor. Our room was with a view of the fireworks which was great to see every night at 10pm
