Everything else was great, but I'm giving the facilities a 1-star because they were so bad. I booked a room with a Canadian Falls view, and since that room type had just been renovated, the smell of new decor was incredibly strong and suffocating. I switched rooms, but it was the same problem. Hotel windows in the US are sealed shut, so there's no way to open them for ventilation; you can only rely on the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing. For your health, I strongly advise against staying at the Hilton, at least for the next five or six years.

We got a good view of the American falls from our room. If you want to use the restaurants in the hotel, better to get the dinner and breakfast package. Overall, we had a great time. We were expecting more supplies like slipers, bathrobe, other comfort items, but these were not provided.

We had a wonderful stay. To me Hilton is one of the best hotels in Niagara falls Ontario. The view was absolutely stunning. We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. Overall, I would rate the stay 9/10. It would have been a perfect if breakfast had been included.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Falls, and the hotel has a direct indoor connection. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The most frustrating part was the parking! We had to park in a small lot some distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which was very inconvenient. Plus, it was $45 for one night – absolutely outrageous.

We arrived quite late, driving from downtown Toronto. We had originally booked a two-queen room with a falls view, but they upgraded us to a suite, which initially made us happy, but then… 1️⃣ The room wasn't clean. There was used toilet paper on the bathroom floor, and we couldn't find a hairdryer in the room. (Even though they moved us to another room later, it still felt off-putting). 2️⃣ We booked for Thursday night but didn't check in until early Friday morning, so paying for Friday's parking was fine. However, the shuttle driver had a terrible attitude and refused to help us park outside. So, we ended up parking inside, and the parking fee plus tax was C$90… which felt absolutely outrageous, especially since the room rate was only a little over C$200. 3️⃣ Bottled water in the room cost C$5 a bottle (ugh). 4️⃣ The hotel is old and a bit rundown, and both my friend and I felt a bit itchy. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Absolutely avoid!

The place is great and newly renovated. Our room os so clean amd especially my son enjoyed the whirlpool. If you request from the receptionist, their response is so quick. We highly recommend the place.

Booked the hotel's Twin Falls Suite, but to my surprise, there were no toiletries in the room, not even disposable slippers. That was a bit awkward. The view was good though, and the ****** downstairs was very lively with plenty of food options.

We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold. We were in walking distance to a ******, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!
