The room was cozy, elegant, and very quiet. The bedding was super comfortable, and the cleanliness and facilities were excellent; there were no unpleasant odors, just a fresh feel. The service was also very attentive and efficient! They provided mineral water, sparkling water, and other beverages, and in the afternoon, there were snacks and hot drinks. Breakfast was quite generous, with a few new dishes every day, including Northeastern specialties like Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) or Liu Rou Duan (sautéed pork slices), and even frozen pears. They even helped me with my luggage at check-out!

Facilities: The mattress was on the firmer side, which suited us perfectly for a good night's sleep. The toiletries were a bit basic though, not quite up to the hotel's standard. Location: Directly facing the Songhua River, it's away from the hustle and bustle of Central Street. Taxis are convenient and affordable in Harbin, so getting around is easy. Environment: We booked a river-view room, and the Ice and Snow World was right across the river. Waking up to the vast, white Songhua River in the morning was incredibly refreshing. Service: The front desk staff, doormen, and our personal butler were all very proactive. Upon check-in, we received a 'comfort package' (including hand warmers and aromatherapy sleep patches). When checking out, we got a small gift bag (with a fridge magnet and chocolates). The housekeeping staff on our floor were very friendly and would always ask, 'Do you need anything else?' whenever we saw them.
