Takanawa Hanakohro, a Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World

The hotel offers average value for money. As a family of four (2 adults, 2 children), if I were to book again, I'd definitely choose a different Prince Hotel. The only redeeming quality was the Pola toiletries. I wonder what the upscale Prince Hotel next door uses.

The price was really high, but upon entering the room, I found the decor to be extremely simple. While the space was large, the lack of any original design was a huge disappointment. The hotel boasted a courtyard for guests to stroll through, but it turned out that three other hotels offered the same courtyard... And the price difference was enormous!! However, the Japanese breakfast and the service were commendable. I ate Japanese breakfast both days, and it was always thoughtfully prepared. The staff were also very respectful to every guest. It's just that if you don't eat the Japanese breakfast, you end up eating the breakfast buffet downstairs like guests at another hotel, which made me wonder...?

Excellent location, convenient transportation. Spacious rooms and excellent service.
