This hotel offers great value for money. It's clean and tidy, with a nice environment, and the service quality and attitude are excellent. They are good at communicating with guests, and the facilities are decent!

This was the most reliable hotel I stayed at during my week-long trip. The front desk staff kept changing, but the young lady working in the afternoon was excellent. The hotel has many rooms and feels like a proper establishment, with a convenience store right next door. The rooms are also quite spacious. It's only tens of meters from the ancient town's alleys, which is very convenient. There were a couple of minor issues: ① The soundproofing in the hotel is a bit poor; I could hear people riding motorcycles and revving their engines at night. ② The room key card automatically deactivated at 1 AM or 12 PM, but checkout time is 2 PM. Anyway, when I came back from exploring around 1 PM, I couldn't get in and had to go to the front desk to sort it out. Overall, I was still very satisfied. If I get the chance to visit Shangri-La again, I would definitely stay here.

The room was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient, and it's only a few hundred meters from the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk. It was also very convenient to get to Sifang Street and the Prayer Wheel at Guishan Park.

The location is great, right next to the North Gate of the Ancient City, with the ancient city directly across from the hotel. The facilities and services are good, and they even have a washing machine. The owner, a kind lady, is very friendly. The room had no strange odors. I initially booked for one night and ended up extending my stay for two more.

Environment: It's very convenient, close to the ancient city. Service: The service is excellent, and the lady staff member is very nice.

The room was spacious and bright, very clean and tidy. The surrounding area had everything one could need, and the nights were quiet and peaceful. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, which made a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
