The Ludlow Hotel

Couldn’t fault this hotel, ideal location for exploring and the room itself was chic with classy interiors. Super friendly staff too who were accommodating with late checkout. Loved the hotel gym and views from the rooftop.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised on Trip.com. One of the most serious issues is the staff’s attitude toward dietary requirements. My wife has specific food-related needs, and instead of being treated with understanding and professionalism, we were met with rude, dismissive, and condescending behavior. This is very disrespectful. In addition: - The overall service level is poor (except for a couple of staff members) - The hotel does not match the expectations created by the listing - The location and general atmosphere are not satisfactory

So impress the hotel are very good and the staff so helpful

We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! Cheers!
