There should have been a 0 star option.I would strongly advise against staying here. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was extremely tight and cramped, with practically no window at all....the one that was there didn't open, which made the stay feel very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Even basic things in the room were frustrating. The switchboard barely worked and I had to try plugging things in at different angles and positions a ridiculous number of times before it would actually work. This should not be an issue in a hotel room. On top of that, the internet connection was extremely poor and actually caused me to miss an important meeting. The hotel phone was also practically useless, calls to reception and housekeeping simply went unanswered. I have been following up repeatedly for several days, contacting everyone from management to reception and lower-level staff, and despite raising the same issues over and over, I received no meaningful resolution. My complaints were left unanswered for more than 72 hours. The internet connection is extremely poor and actually caused me to miss an important meeting. The hotel phone is practically useless calls to reception and housekeeping simply go unanswered. I also repeatedly went downstairs to reception myself because nobody would answer the phone. On multiple occasions, there was no one even present at reception. When staff were there, I found them extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I even spoke directly with the manager and was told to contact the relevant team myself, despite having already spent days chasing this. A hotel should not require a guest to repeatedly beg for basic assistance. I gave them more than enough opportunities to fix the situation, but nothing was done. I eventually had no choice but to request an immediate checkout. Honestly, save yourself the frustration. The way complaints are handled here is unacceptable. They wouldn't refund and wouldn't want to deal with the issues. There should have been a 0 star option.I would strongly advise against staying here. Locate only 10 minutes from the Masjidil Haram. Plenty eating place around the hotel. Easy to get taxis though the street will be close during prayer times. A housekeeper staff clean my room right away upon my request so thumbs up for that, then another staff member comes to check and ask for cleaning ratings. to me that means they care about cleanliness. Cleanliness can be improved but overall it’s a pleasant stayed.

Perfect location, just a short walk from Al-Haram. Unfortunately, the poor hygiene, no hot water, missing TV remote despite repeated requests, and unprofessional reception staff made our three-night stay with our children very disappointing. We were moved between rooms due to cleanliness issues. The hotel should prioritise hygiene standards and provide additional staff training in customer service and guest care. I would not recommend this hotel despite its excellent location.
