The hotel is new and the environment is excellent. It's very clean and the attention to detail is impressive. They offer hot water, hot tea, and hot coffee, as well as slippers, toothbrushes, and tissues for children. There are also free mini puddings, luggage storage, and laundry service. The transportation is very convenient. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back!

I was on a business trip nearby and chose this hotel because it's close to the high-speed train station. The room was very clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety. The service was also quite attentive.

This hotel is super close to Longmen High-Speed Rail Station, just a short walk after getting off the train. The rooms are bigger than the Holiday Inn Express at Zhengzhou East Station, and the breakfast is also more substantial.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. I had some work commitments and wouldn't be back until around 5 PM, so the hotel proactively extended my check-out time until then. I'm very impressed with their service; it made me feel right at home.

The room was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was good, and it's very close to the Longmen Grottoes. The service was excellent. Definitely recommend it!

Close to the high-speed rail station, I chose this hotel to catch an early train. The room has the usual Holiday Inn style. Luoyang truly lives up to its reputation as a tourist city; transportation is very convenient, and the attractions are excellent.

New hotel, quite close to Longmen High-Speed Rail Station, about a five-minute walk. The room is spacious, but the soundproofing is a bit lacking. Otherwise, everything else is great.

Out of the Jinjiang, Huazhu, and Intercontinental hotels we stayed at during our 5-day trip, this Intercontinental was the only one I immediately wanted to give a glowing review to. We were two adults with one child, and at every hotel, we'd ask the front desk for kids' toiletries. This was the only hotel that proactively sent kids' bath towels to our room without us even asking (even though we had our own disposable towels and didn't use theirs). This small detail alone shows how meticulous and thoughtful their service is, and it's definitely made me a huge fan of Intercontinental hotels!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the decor was very comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Highly recommend!
