The Osaka Station Hotel, Autograph Collection

I spent a long time deliberating on where to stay in Umeda, as I wanted somewhere convenient for getting around without too much walking, yet offering good value for money. My stay at the Autograph Collection was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it. Located right next to the JR West Exit, the route is straightforward with no need for detours. The facilities are brand new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is meticulous and attentive. The only minor drawback is that the hotel entrance is a bit hard to spot—typical of Japanese hotels, the signage is rather understated, so you need to keep a sharp eye out when looking for it.

The hotel is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the KITTE building, accessible from the west exit of Umeda (Osaka Station) after taking the JR from Kansai Airport. The front desk is on the 29th floor. It's surrounded by major department stores like Hanshin, Hankyu, Daimaru, and Yodobashi Camera, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can also enjoy the Osaka night view from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, around 50 square meters. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the selection remains the same every day. I booked for 7 nights, and the mini-bar was complimentary for 3 of those days.

The hotel's location is very convenient, I recommend staying here. The breakfast was delicious, the service was good, and the environment was great. I would definitely consider this place again when I go back to Osaka! Highly recommend staying here!

First time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised! The location is unbeatable, making it super convenient with kids. The airport limousine bus goes directly to the Herbis terminal, and it's just across the street from the Herbis Plaza ENT (Kitti) mall. From the 1st-floor entrance straight to the 29th-floor front desk, everything was great—the hotel is clean, offers great views, and has spacious rooms. The staff were very warm and welcoming. When I asked for extra pillows to keep my child from falling out of bed, the staff anticipated that I probably needed bed rails as well, and proactively provided and installed them for us. The daily breakfast featured a rich variety of fruits and delicious croissants. The Osaka Loop Line entrance is right downstairs, making trips to Universal Studios very convenient! For shopping, you can just head out from the 2nd floor of the mall and walk to Daimaru, Hankyu, and Hanshin department stores via elevated walkways, so you don't even have to worry if it rains. I will definitely stay here again with the kids next time!

The views are first-class, the service is excellent, and the location is superb, right next to all the interconnected shopping malls. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, with constant train sounds, and the trains run all night long. But if you bring earplugs, it's generally not a problem.

Excellent value for money! Great service, beautiful views, and very clean. Plus, once you become a member, your kids eat breakfast for free! The location is convenient and the scenery is lovely. This was our first stop in Osaka, and I'm so happy we chose it!

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, although the room itself was a bit small and the facilities were just average. However, for the price, it was quite reasonable. The biggest advantage is its convenient location, with direct access to major shopping malls within walking distance.

Having visited Osaka many times, I've always kept an eye out for my ideal hotel. This time, I made the right choice. The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious rooms, outstanding service, and fantastic food. Special shout-outs to the 'Sui' Teppanyaki on the 29th floor, Komugi-menjin on the 4th floor, and the hotel breakfast – all highly commendable. After just three nights, I didn't hesitate to join their membership program. I'm looking forward to more wonderful experiences and surprises in the future.
