The front desk personnel was very helpful upon our arrival with a big smile on her face. Amazing hospitality.

Super location. Great breakfast. Fantastic hotel for a short city break. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. The room was refreshed each day. Problems with the coffee machines at breakfast not always working properly but otherwise good selection of food, hot and cold.

Room was supposed to be a superior but I would rate it as a standard with a street view..

Rooms ok, basic, not boutique, could do with deeper clean. But service fine and breakfast great.

Exactly what it said on the tin, a central Valencia boutique hotel. The room was a bit noisy but that's what you expect in such a location.

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. However, staff were exceptional when we realised at the airport my wife had lost a diamond ring. The cleaners had found it, and the staff organised for it to be sent by DHL cargo to the UK and made the whole process very easy and stress free. They also arranged for us to pay the cargo costs through them. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Very friendly staff, relatively clean. Shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom and no one was able to fix it until the next day. Very close to shopping and sites in Valencia. Good for a short stay.

Very enjoyable stay, very clean and lovely room We very much enjoyed our stay and the view from our room with balcony. The cleaner was excellent, making out Tom look fresh every day. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff, who weren't always that friendly. Also, when we arrived, we asked to check in early and they took our luggage (great) and said they would call us when the room was ready, but it got to normal check in time and we hadn't received a call. Then when we did turn up to check in, it took a while for them to find our luggage. It would have been nice if they had taken our luggage to our room ahead of us, as they never called. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.
