NO! DONT DO IT!! RUN!!!! If you value your sleep don’t stay here. When I say it was loud it’s an understatement. My husband and I played the white noise from our phones to try to drown out the noise but it was impossible. You could hear the music blaring from the beach club and from the bar across the street. It was exaggeratedly loud. On an other note the hotel tried putting us in a room that we didn’t book. They tried to put us in a room where we would need to shared a restroom. The room we booked was a 100% private room. If you do stay don’t store your food in the fridge. The staff goes through ALL bags looking to see if you have stored alcohol which is prohibited. Imagine if they are sick or didn’t wash their hands and they are rummaging through your food?

Incredible staff and the resort was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and attention to detail for our romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate 25 wedding anniversary, To making it so easy to coordinate transportation and tours, we truly loved every minute

If you’re planning a trip to Tulum, MIA Resort is an amazing place to stay The design and detail of the resort is breathtaking, especially if you love taking photos. Soooooo many photo opportunities! The rooms are stylish, spacious, and very comfortable, and the customer service is top tier. The customer service deserves a paragraph of its own. I don’t speak Spanish and I felt right at home because most of the staff speaks English as well. The kindness and attentiveness that we’ve received while staying here from the staff was amazing. THE FOOD! We had the complimentary breakfast every morning and were so pleased with the choices! Well seasoned and it made us excited to eat breakfast every morning. Every meal we’ve had here, especially dinner was AMAZING! Juan was our server for dinner on our last night and he was so knowledgeable with the area and history of tulum. He was so sweet and especially FUNNY. We laughed all night. There’s so many great things to say about MIA and my wife and I couldn’t recommend it enough. We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and had such a memorable experience. Already looking forward to coming back someday. Thank you, Mia Resort, for the outstanding service and warm hospitality!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel resort in Tulum and, most importantly, its incredible staff and management team. During our stay, my son unfortunately became very sick with food poisoning from something he ate outside of the hotel. It was a stressful situation made even more challenging because I am currently in the United States and not physically in Tulum with him. As soon as I contacted the hotel through the number provided, they responded within minutes. Their team immediately took action, arranged for a doctor to come directly to his room, and ensured he received prompt medical attention. The doctor was professional, attentive, and helped him feel significantly better right away. The hotel handled the situation with true competence, urgency, and genuine care. Their communication was clear, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my son was in such capable hands, especially while I was far away. This level of service goes far beyond expectations. The staff and management demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Tulum. Truly a 5-star experience in every sense.

Great place for some rest and relaxation. Overall it was a very good experience. One of the highlights was Gisele as a host. She was very attentive, helped with everything i needed, and made the stay wonderful! Thank you Gisele. It is a combo of a beach club and resort. You have the option to be close to the music and the option to relax in peace.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely accommodations. Great breakfasts. Enjoyed the morning yoga and the beachfront.

We absolutely loved nearly everything about this resort. We had a second level beach front room which was nice and big and had a large deck with a gorgeous view. The beach was gorgeous and there were always lots of beds, and it was close to the rooms so we could pop back easily if we forgot something or wanted to get a drink from the fridge. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast that came with the room. It started with a small fruit plate and then a choice of about 4 different savoury dishes or pancakes, and unlimited coffee. There was also a cold water cooler in the communal kitchen /staff break room which we really appreciated. We filled up our water bottles throughout the day with cold water. We also really liked the location. Right outside of the hotel were so many restaurants to choose from and markets to buy drinks and snacks at. We really liked the vibe. The Collectivo bus stopped outside of the hotel and we could get into Tulum town easily that way (where the restaurants were less expensive). The only negative for us about the resort, and sadly it will probably be a deal breaker so we probably won't be back, is the thumping music from the accompanying beach club at the resort. At roughly 11-11:30am everyday to about 7:00pm the music is so loud that sometimes you can barely concentrate on the book you're reading. We chose beach beds as far away from the music as we could and when there was a bit of a breeze it was totally fine. But on a calm day it was just so loud. And then when you go back to your hotel room in the evening to maybe have a drink on your balcony and watch the ocean, all you can hear is just this incessant and loud base. If you don't mind listening to club music all day long then I would absolutely recommend this hotel. As I say, we loved absolutely everything else about it. Even if they could just not play the music SO loud it would be better. I
