Scandic Ørnen

The hotel is located directly opposite Bergen Bus Station, visible right after exiting the station. However, I had to walk around for a long time as the road was blocked, requiring a detour. Upon checking in, I encountered a ********* tour group. There was only one front desk staff member, which made the check-in process very slow. The group was very noisy, and it was hard to tell whether the elevator was going up or down. Luggage storage is on the ground floor, in a large room accessible by elevator. It's self-service, so the security could be better. The room wasn't very big, and the lighting was dim. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and delicious. There was a wide variety of fresh, good-quality fruits, providing all the daily nutrients needed. The hotel's location is a major advantage, but it doesn't offer good value for money; it's quite expensive compared to other accommodations in Norway.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to the tram for sightseeing. The train station, shopping malls, restaurants, and shopping areas are all pretty much within a few minutes' walk too, which is incredibly convenient.

The room design was pretty standard. In our twin room, one of the beds didn't have a power outlet for charging. The window directly faced the elevator, which meant a lack of privacy, so we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the taste was just average. The biggest plus is its proximity to both the train and bus stations.

This hotel's great advantage is its excellent location; it's convenient for getting everywhere. Their breakfast is really good, though the salmon was a bit salty, so be sure to go easy on it. Right across the street from the hotel entrance is a shopping mall, and just a short walk further is the most elegant area of the entire route, with a five-star lake only a three-minute walk away.

The room was quite spacious and modern, and the hotel's design had many thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.
