The location is excellent; however the room heating was not functioning and it felt cool during the night.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from bergen central station.
U can request late check out.
Service is excellent.
But queen bed a bit small for mother and daughter so if you are 2 adult, you should order king bed or family room

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was alright. We were upgraded to a superior twin room. The view was nice, but the room was a bit too dim, would be better if there were more lights.

It was a really pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a vast variety of food. The room is spacious and clean. The reception was nice and everything went smoothly.

Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent value for money. Impressive reception, clean rooms and excellent selection for breakfast as well as very tasty food. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Bergen.

Friendly and helpful staffs and very good breakfast. Bus station is just opposite of the hotel and central is 7 mins walk.

Great location, near both bus and train station and with 5mins walk to Supermarket. Room are clean. Breakfast is fully nurish with all kind of food and drinks. All the staffs are very good and can provide good travel information.
