"I had a very satisfying stay here, with a rich breakfast and excellent service.
Location: It's near Bergen Central Station, with moderate distances to major transportation and attractions. If you exit the north side gate of the central station, it's right in front of you. The south side of the station is for the airport light rail. It's about a ten-minute walk to the bus terminal, and only fifteen to twenty minutes on foot to the cruise port. All transportation is very convenient.
Cleanliness: You generally don't need to worry about cleanliness in Nordic countries, and the room was very clean. However, please note that room cleaning is on request, and you need to inform the front desk a day in advance. Also, trash needs to be taken to the front desk yourself or you can ask them to clear it. A slight inconvenience.
Environment: The room size was decent, much more comfortable than what you'd find in Japan. However, in October, the room temperature was a bit cold, and it rains a lot in Bergen, so I had to ask staff for an electric heater. (P.S.: The panel in the room is not for air conditioning or heating; it's just a temperature monitor).
Also worth mentioning is the breakfast; it was incredibly abundant, and the variety was good. You could eat different things for two days without repetition. In Norway, this breakfast was the best meal I had every day đ. If you're catching a flight, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a takeaway, but it's limited to one sandwich and one apple.
Service: Very thoughtful and attentive. The front desk is 24/7 and they were very responsive to all requests. Full marks for service!
Other: Downstairs from the hotel is a restaurant and bar, which seemed to be packed every night. Worth trying if you get the chance."

"The location is excellent. Strolling around at sunrise and sunset offered pleasant surprises and was incredibly relaxing. It was lovely to see people casually jump into the sea for a swim, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The fish market was bustling with people, but I opted not to join the crowds."

"I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic.
What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century."

"The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. The front desk staff were very helpful; simply ask, and they'll gladly assist.
As non-smokers, we're quite sensitive to cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, we could detect a faint smell of it in our room. However, once the air conditioning was turned on, the issue disappeared.
TIP: There's a WUMART supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. It's large and offers a wide variety of products. You can also grab a bite to eat there."

"The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions from the door. It is a bit far from the train station. It is inconvenient to walk with luggage. It is about a 20-minute walk. However, it is quite far from the airport. Taking a taxi is quite expensive. Four people per car Calculated, the fare is about 800 yuan. There is an airport bus that can take you out of the city center. The fare is 220 yuan per person, which is surprisingly expensive. The breakfast is rich and the food is of good quality. In this super expensive city, the price of this hotel is reasonable. Reasonable!"

It's a bit pricey, but if you're willing to walk a little further, you could consider taking tram line 1, which I believe also goes to the airport. It's also quite close to the fish market, within walking distance. The room is a bit small, but European hotel rooms generally aren't very big, so it's acceptable."

"Comfort hotel is easy to locate. Itâs in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!"

Breakfast is not included, but you can prepare food in all the hotel apartments. Every one of our hotel apartments are fully equipped kitchens with a coffee maker, kettle, oven or hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator, or in some cases a refrigerator/freezer. They all have a sofa and chair set. The biggest rooms and apartments have their own dining table. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and brand-new television with casting. You will find towels and bed linen in the apartment when you arrive, as well as soap and shampoo. Your apartment will include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. In addition, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room on the second floor. None of the apartments have a telephone.
Ole Bull Scene, one of Norwayâs best venues for shows, is right next door to the hotel. As well as enjoying the most exciting shows, it offers wonderful culinary experiences in Storm Brasserie and the chance to unwind in Storm Bar, which has its own terrace. In the autumn of 2021, we will start offering special accommodation packages that include shows!
