Hotel feels abit old. On the aircon whole night but the room doesn't feels cold. Inform the reception and they got it done within a day! They have refreshements at the lobby. Smoking area available. Nearby family mart. Hotel provide luggage forward, min 2 days pick up! Location walking distance ~10mins to dotonbori & shinsaibashi

The location are just strategically placed near Shinsaibashi. Few minutes walk to the Dontuburi & shopping street. Is also very near the train station.
Overall the cleanliness and room are clean and comfortable for travellers ❤️

位置不錯，離心齋橋很近，房間在日本也算大的，唯一美中不足的是空調聲音太大了，最弱的風也很吵，睡眠最好的孩子都覺得太吵

Karaksa酒店大阪難波的位置無可挑剔，距離難波站和心齋橋僅幾步之遙，購物覓食超級方便。酒店設計現代簡約，房間雖不算大但佈局合理，設施嶄新齊全（唯一的缺點是桌子太矮）。工作人員服務親切，能用中文溝通非常貼心。最令人驚喜的是酒店提供的免費冷飲和飲料、小零食，暖心又實惠，性價比極高，是下次還會選擇的完美據點。

We stayed for one night and everything was brilliant! The staff is very helpful and polite. There are lots of freebies for guest in the lobby (snacks, drinks, room necessities etc). The room was clean, spacious for Japanese standards and the bed was very comfortable.

Super good location, very near to Dotonburi and SHINSAIBASHI. 10 mins walk to Namba Station. Excellent service from the hotel, easy communication. Definitely worth the visit!
