Excellent location, the room was spacious and very comfortable. I particularly liked that the toilet and shower were separate. It's incredibly close to the main streets of Shinsaibashi and Namba, and there are plenty of convenience stores downstairs. Highly recommend! The bed was super big too.

Hotel feels abit old. On the aircon whole night but the room doesn't feels cold. Inform the reception and they got it done within a day! They have refreshements at the lobby. Smoking area available. Nearby family mart. Hotel provide luggage forward, min 2 days pick up! Location walking distance ~10mins to dotonbori & shinsaibashi

The location are just strategically placed near Shinsaibashi. Few minutes walk to the Dontuburi & shopping street. Is also very near the train station. Overall the cleanliness and room are clean and comfortable for travellers ❤️

The location is excellent, very close to Shinsaibashi. The room was also quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. The only slight drawback was the air conditioning unit's excessive noise. Even on its lowest setting, it was still very loud, to the point that even my child, who usually sleeps through anything, found it too disruptive.
