Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast selection was extensive, and the shuttle service to and from the station was incredibly efficient. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I return to Shangri-La. My only minor gripe is that my friend and I were staying together, but they only gave us one complimentary gift upon check-out. We tried to share the egg roll, but it just crumbled. I suggest that next time, the hotel considers the number of guests in the room when giving out these gifts. I don't think the cost would be much higher, but it would really boost the overall guest experience and happiness. Finally, a special shout-out: it was my friend's birthday on the day we checked in, and the front desk happily provided a lighter when we asked. Celebrating a 21st birthday in Shangri-La, the place closest to heaven, was truly special. I wish 'Tashi Delek' (blessings and good luck) to everyone I love and everyone who loves me!

Excellent! The hotel's breakfast was incredibly delicious; my partner can't stop talking about it. It's a real shame we missed it the next day due to our plans – I was heartbroken! The room was clean and tidy, and the toilet frequently flushed itself, leaving no unpleasant odors at all. The oxygen supply was also very generous. The shuttle service to and from the station was a thoughtful touch. If I get the chance to visit Shangri-La again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

Service: The hotel offers complimentary airport/high-speed rail pickup and drop-off, a parting gift upon checkout, quick response to requests, and thoughtful amenities like hand warmers and conditioner at the front desk. Environment: We booked a scenic room, and from the window, we could see Songzanlin Monastery and prayer wheels. The entire room has underfloor heating and diffused oxygen supply, and the front desk provides free nasal cannulas. The facilities are comprehensive. Since the air conditioning only provides heating in winter, the front desk also provided an air conditioner fan upon our request. The duvet in the room is quite thick, and with the underfloor heating on, it was still quite warm for sleeping. It would be great if thinner blankets were available for guests to choose from. Breakfast is quite rich, and the specialty 'er-si' noodles are highly recommended. The braised eggs are very flavorful and already peeled. Location: It's less than a 10-minute walk to the ancient town and Moonlight Square, making transportation very convenient. Directly across the road is a pick-up point for the scenic area shuttle, and another pick-up point is just 50 meters away, making the location extremely convenient.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities, including oxygen equipment. Its location directly opposite Dukezong Ancient City makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service from both the front desk and restaurant staff was excellent! They also provide complimentary shuttle services to/from Shangri-La Airport and Shangri-La High-Speed Rail Station.

Fantastic hotel! I couldn't wait to leave this review; I'm not sure why there are any negative ones. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was very clean and hygienic. The diffused oxygen system was so comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, plus two sinks! You can tell the hotel truly puts effort into its service. We stayed at another hotel the first night, which didn't have diffused oxygen, and I couldn't sleep. So, we quickly looked for another hotel and found this one. We went to this hotel the next morning. They said if there was a vacant room, they'd let us check in early to rest. They also saw we arrived very early and, worried we hadn't had breakfast, thoughtfully told us to grab some breakfast first. Seriously, how can such a great hotel have bad reviews? The breakfast selection was huge, with all sorts of food options to choose from. The hotel's location is excellent, right at the East Gate of the old town, and there are pick-up points for various tour buses nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. Some people say it's expensive, but I felt it was very good value for money, absolutely worth it! When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir, which really made us feel valued. I highly recommend everyone stay here!

The room location is excellent; you can even see the prayer wheel from inside the room, right across from Dukezong Ancient City, which makes getting around very convenient. The service was great, with free airport pickup. The driver was lovely; when I had a headache at night, he suggested getting some medicine, and sure enough, I felt better the next day. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious, more than enough to last the whole day. They offer free oxygen, which I really appreciated. Overall, it's a very comfortable hotel with excellent value for money.
