The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon

Amazing view and a very spacious room. The facilities are better than the EDITION in Ginza, but it's not as convenient for shopping. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel was an absolute delightful surprise!!! A must-stay when you visit Tokyo! First off, the decor doesn't feel like your typical chain hotel at all. The minimalist style, combined with Japanese Zen elements, makes for a very comfortable stay and is perfect for photos. Every decoration feels just right. Initially, I wasn't even planning on staying here and didn't have high expectations, as I transferred from the Aman due to a flight delay. The service was truly exceptional, especially from a lovely Cantonese lady who spoke Chinese. Their Chinese-speaking service is definitely the best in all of Japan. Right off the bat, we received vouchers for dining and the spa, and upon check-in, there were two complimentary welcome drinks at the bar. With service this good, the minor inconveniences like the slightly winding hallways (because it's a converted commercial office building, so the corridors are a bit maze-like with only one pathway) or the small gym and pool are absolutely no issue. And the Tokyo Tower view here... you truly have to experience it in person to feel its awe-inspiring power! All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The service was very welcoming, and they even gave us champagne and chocolates. The lobby was a bit noisy, but the view of Tokyo Tower was absolutely fantastic.

Facilities: Very new, I really like the minimalist style. Hygiene: Very clean, the bathtub was very comfortable for a soak. Environment: The environment is excellent. I booked this place specifically for the Tokyo Tower view 🗼. The King Room with a view was exceptional. Service: The service was great, and the deposit was only 3,000 JPY.

The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.

This hotel has a great resort-like feel. All the staff are fluent in English (I barely saw any Asian staff at the front desk or in the restaurant). The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety for an à la carte hotel. The valet parking, housekeeping, and front office restaurant service were all excellent. Highly recommend!
