For my recent Umrah journey, I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights at this hotel. Fast & easy check-in & checkout processes. Though its location is far from Haram & despite the long walks, it was worth having to return to clean, cozy & comfortable hotel rooms. My family & I loved our stay here! 😊

The hotel is good. Location also is walking distance to haram if you not fit to walk, u can get taxi across of the road abount 10sar to haram. The drop off point is near 79 gate. So convenient.

Dirty bedsheets! We tried to call reception around 2 am after our Umrah and no one was picking up any calls. The wifi does not work, the staff rather likes not to talk to u which feels very disrespectful

The hotel is quite close to Masjid al-Haram and has a great restaurant. The manager whose name I unfortunately forget was very friendly and even allowed me a late checkout.
