Chimelong Circus Hotel (Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom)

It just so happened to be my child's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room for the occasion, even gifting a puzzle and a badge! Huge thanks! 🙏 The dinner at the Circus Food Town was absolutely delicious 😋. You *have* to try the short ribs! The breakfast had a great variety of dishes with very fresh ingredients too. The hotel lobby even surprised us with a rainbow mini cake, which was unexpectedly tasty! Next time, I'll definitely try the castle room.

Three days, two nights, plus the Chimelong show, great value for money. Twin room, beds can be pushed together. The room came with kids' toothbrushes and slippers. There's a table and chairs in the room, so you can have a simple meal there. Breakfast from Longwang was delivered directly to the room quickly and conveniently. It was tastier than what's available inside the park or at the downstairs restaurant. For a birthday, they gave us a puzzle and a badge, and upgraded our room. The ball pit on the 3rd floor charges even for guests, so we didn't go. The kids absolutely love Chimelong; we fly here to play every year. My little ones prefer the Spaceship Land a bit more. We spent two full days there, and we enjoyed it too – everything is concentrated, so it's not tiring on the legs. After closing, we'd head to Ocean Kingdom for the shows and fireworks. I wish the ocean parade gave out more balloons; the kids get a little disappointed if they don't get one. I'd definitely recommend the Spaceship Land for a visit; it offers so much emotional value, almost every child gets a balloon, and there are staff members helping to make shapes.

Choosing the Chimelong Circus Hotel for our trip was the best decision we made! The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect, right in the central C-position of the entire resort. It made visiting every attraction incredibly convenient. The free shuttle buses to and from the theme park ran so frequently that we barely had to wait. Getting to the Grand Circus performance was a leisurely five-minute stroll. Even the popular spot for watching fireworks, Bridge No. 3, was very close to the hotel, so there was no need to rush. Being able to enjoy our time so relaxed with the kids was all thanks to this prime location. The hotel service was delightful from the moment we walked in. The lobby offered free luggage storage, and the staff proactively helped us plan the pick-up and delivery times for our bags. The room's decor was especially cozy, and the mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable – both kids and adults slept soundly through the night. The bathroom design truly showcased the hotel's thoughtfulness: strict wet-dry separation kept the floor consistently dry; the specially prepared children's non-slip mat, cute small hangers, and a full set of kids' toiletries excited our little one for ages – they're still asking for 'the hotel toothbrush' now that we're home. The balcony offered a fantastic view with lush greenery, and the retractable clothesline was super practical, drying small items quickly. The dining experience was a huge surprise! The buffet breakfast offered an overwhelming variety of choices, fresh ingredients, and good taste. What made it even more special was the exciting interactive performance during meals; the kids were mesmerized, allowing us adults to eat peacefully. This design truly understands families with children! Every staff member at the hotel was well-trained. The front desk efficiently handled check-ins, and the security personnel were professional and friendly, making us feel very safe. Throughout our stay, what touched our entire family the most was the service from our butler, Xiao Du. His attentiveness was evident in every detail: he proactively called before our arrival to understand our itinerary and needs; during our stay, he sent thoughtful reminders daily; but what left the deepest impression was at check-out. Learning we were heading to the airport, he not only meticulously compared the time and cost of all transportation options (taxi, airport bus, etc.) but also, considering we had children, specifically advised on the most comfortable option. Finally, like a family member, he reminded us, 'Please double-check your belongings, don't forget the kids' toys.' This level of care, going beyond standard procedures, truly warmed our hearts. Our experience at the Chimelong Circus Hotel can no longer be described merely as 'satisfactory'; it was a series of 'pleasant surprises.' The hardware facilities were excellent, and the software service was heartfelt, especially outstanding employees like Butler Xiao Du, who are undoubtedly the hotel's most valuable asset. We have already made the Chimelong Circus Hotel our fixed choice for future visits to Chimelong and recommend it to everyone we meet – if you want a hassle-free, comfortable, and joyful family trip, choose the Chimelong Circus Hotel and ask for Butler Xiao Du; you absolutely can't go wrong!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and they provided a thoughtful array of amenities, including toothbrushes, bathrobes, and bed rails for children. Its location is fantastic too; it's about a 5-minute walk to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and after eating, you can even enter the park an hour early. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chimelong!

From booking to hotel confirmation and butler service, everything was excellent. Buying the room and package deal was very convenient, though Ocean Kingdom was incredibly crowded – definitely try to avoid weekends! My child absolutely loved the princess makeover provided by the hotel. The hotel even upgraded our room type, and the butler was incredibly responsive to all our requests; the service was truly top-notch. The room's bed was large and comfortable. When my child wasn't feeling well, they even extended our check-out time. I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful and humane service; it made traveling with a child so much easier and more comfortable!
