Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

For our second summer vacation hotel, we chose Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay. As soon as we arrived, a staff member proactively helped us with our luggage. During check-in, the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel map and all the benefits we could enjoy. Even though it was a standard sea-view room, the high-floor view was just as stunning as any other building. Room service was incredibly responsive; they brought items back and forth multiple times on our arrival day. The staff were very attentive; they noticed we tried to combine beds but failed, so they proactively helped us put them together, making the space incredibly spacious. The turndown service and small cake each evening were also a thoughtful touch. The popular infinity pool was very clean and beautiful, and the kids loved it; the water temperature was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded, and almost all water activities were available. Camp Hyatt offered many children's activities, and every teacher remembered the children's names, showing great patience and enthusiasm. Our child signed up for the 'Planet Bay' night exploration activity and caught sand crabs and small insects. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the freshly baked French toast was absolutely delicious. On our last day, I was lucky enough to try the sea cucumber noodles for breakfast, which were truly fantastic. The hotel's experience ambassador would send updates on hotel activities in advance. We also reached out to her for any needs during our stay, and we're very grateful for her help. Although the first two days were cloudy, it didn't detract from the hotel's overall ambiance. Every public area showcased the designer's unique vision. The last two days finally cleared up, and Sunny Bay's 'glass sea' lived up to its reputation; every photo taken was beautiful. We booked dinner at the Tea House, and the crispy lime baked veal is highly recommended. Our stay at Park Hyatt truly felt like a full-on vacation. We constantly encountered staff who greeted us, and if we walked a little slowly, someone would proactively ask if we needed help. Looking forward to our next stay!

The suite experience was excellent. From airport pickup to coordinating meal orders during my stay, and even handling check-out, the butler provided full-service assistance. The room view was as stunning as ever, with picturesque scenery outside the window. The room facilities and amenities were also of high quality. Guests staying in suites or higher categories have access to the observation deck and the Qin Garden for breakfast, which is a semi-buffet with delicious options. I especially enjoyed the sea cucumber mixed noodles and the thick soup noodles, which I had almost every day. Be sure to book the Tea Garden restaurant in advance, as it's very popular and the food is great. The complimentary hotel photoshoot turned out wonderfully, and the hotel itself offers many photogenic spots – I picked out so many photos! Even after checking out, the butler continued to assist me. When I realized I'd left something behind, they promptly helped me track it down, provided feedback, and arranged for it to be mailed that same evening. The service truly added immense value to my stay.

Couldn't be happier! The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning, and the service was incredibly attentive. The indoor tennis court, reportedly the most beautiful on the coast, was fantastic with all 11 AC units blasting – playing there was a real treat. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, fulfilling all our vacation needs. I particularly loved it. Plus, there weren't many Russians, giving it a real exclusive and high-end feel. Definitely recommend. The breakfast and snacks were also excellent.

Among all the hotels in Sanya, this one is unparalleled in terms of location and brand. The overall design is so grand and elegant that I felt a little reserved upon first entering. However, once you immerse yourself, the people, the facilities, and the scenery here will elevate your Sanya trip to an unprecedented level.

They considered every small detail meticulously, providing a truly high-quality service experience. The hotel's private beach was the biggest surprise. The crystal-clear, glass-like ocean was incredibly therapeutic. My son absolutely loved this coastline, always running to the sand to play in the water during high and low tide, having an absolute blast. The resort's scenery is impeccable, with a sprawling infinity pool, expansive oceanfront lawns, and atmospheric night water features that are perfect for photos. The public areas feature a simple yet sophisticated design combining wood and stone, making every shot a beautiful one. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with Chinese congee and pastries, Western baked goods, and fresh fruits – everything you could wish for, and consistently delicious. Our room had a spacious and tranquil sea view. The scenery, dining, and service all surpassed our expectations. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next Sanya vacation.

The rooms are luxuriously appointed with every amenity, and the common areas exude an artistic atmosphere. The hotel boasts a private beach and a 130-meter pool, catering to all ages. The buffet offers fresh ingredients and incredibly delicious food! I will definitely choose to stay at Park Hyatt again on my next trip to Sanya!

Among all the hotels in Sanya, Park Hyatt still stands out. You'll only realize how amazing it is once you stay there. It's truly rare to find such beautiful scenery by the sea in China; the views are absolutely stunning! The hotel's design is very professional and thoughtful, with beautiful scenery almost everywhere you look. Every window offers a picturesque view, and the interior design is also very photogenic. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, always greeting us warmly whenever we met. The butler contacted us in advance to check our needs, and during our stay, they were basically responsive to every request, patient, meticulous, and thoughtful! I really love the intelligent layout design of the Park Hyatt rooms; luggage doesn't take up any indoor space at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

As a Xiamen native living by the sea, I've always preferred island getaways. I've stayed at Capella, EDITION, and Mandarin Oriental in Sanya over the years, but it's been a while since my last visit. This time, a friend highly recommended the newly opened Kimpton, but considering I'd never experienced the Park Hyatt, I ultimately chose it, and I'm glad I did. The hotel room's view is a major highlight – a window overlooking mountains and the sea, perfect for an immersive experience with the kids. The overall comfort of the stay was excellent. For the summer, they had plenty of activities for young children, so the kids were engaged every day, making for a fulfilling family trip. The butler service was responsive online, and the hotel included complimentary water sports. Plus, the hotel's photography experience was also quite good. Objectively, here are the downsides: The hotel's secluded location in Sun Bay makes it inconvenient to get a taxi. Also, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It's ideal for a short staycation where you just want to relax at the hotel and don't plan on frequent outings. Definitely worth experiencing!
