The room was as beautiful as ever. The service was consistently good, even better than before. In the evening, they thoughtfully placed a foot mat, slippers, water, and a cup by the bed. These small details of service were truly touching. It was a bit of a shame that the hotel restaurant was so popular we couldn't get a table, but ordering takeout was fine. The lounge where we picked up evening snacks was beautiful, and the snacks and champagne provided were delightful. The hotel's bar was fully stocked with delicious drinks, though we couldn't try them all. The candy the front desk gave us was so good, my daughter even asked for more, and they gave her a big handful! Park Hyatt truly lives up to its reputation as the #1 hotel in Sanya; you certainly get what you pay for. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time.

First, let's talk about two minor drawbacks: 1. The room carpet looked a bit dirty. 2. There's no bed guardrail, which is a bit inconvenient when sleeping with a toddler. After that, it's all pros! 🥳 1. The service is exceptionally good. We booked a garden view suite and got upgraded to a sea view suite. Everyone we met—including the snorkeling instructors—spoke so softly, were extremely patient with the kids, and super friendly. An instructor even caught a small crab for my little one to play with before releasing it back into the wild 🤣 The butler also sent a cute teddy bear and an extra fruit platter. 2. The sea view is truly unbeatable! The seawater is so blue and clear, and the sand by the loungers is white and fine. My little one had a blast playing there for hours. However, the sand closer to the water is a bit coarse with small pebbles, so water shoes are needed to avoid sore feet. 3. Snorkeling was so much fun 😭 I want to do it a hundred times over! There were so many small fish. The instructor fed them so they all swarmed around, and they even gave my child some fish food to feed them too. Amazing nature~ 4. Breakfast at The Dining Room (Qin Yuan): the scallion oil noodles with sea cucumber were delicious; the fresh pork wontons were tasty and generously filled; the French toast was great; the pancakes were a bit too sweet for my liking, but overall everything was delicious 😋 The baguette was authentic and fragrant~ The coconut water was refreshing and naturally sweet, not overly sweet~ 5. In-room dining: the beef cheeseburger was exceptionally good with a generous amount of beef~ The braised beef noodles were decent, also with a very generous portion of meat~ 6. The pool is truly stunning, and the kids had a wonderful time. In short, you get what you pay for. It’s pricey, but worth it. We’d love to come back again~

Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort is an absolute joy to stay at, offering exclusive enjoyment of Sunny Bay's peerless beauty. The moment you step into the room, you can't help but gasp out loud—a vast expanse of crystal-clear, jelly-like sea unfolds right before your eyes, so breathtakingly gorgeous it leaves you speechless. Despite having been open for eleven years, the overall maintenance of the hotel is still very well done. The layout of the public areas strikes a great balance between openness and intimacy, with carefully crafted views at every turn. The service is also warm and attentive, with all requests met promptly, making you feel both comfortable and at ease. The buffet breakfast has a pretty good variety, with exquisite and delicious dishes. The portions at the Tea House are huge, and everything we ordered was amazing—no disappointments at all. In-room dining is also consistently good; I had the braised pork rice two days in a row! The holiday was short, but the memories are wonderful. Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort is definitely worth a revisit!

Back again at our familiar Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay. We chose to visit during the National Day holiday to ensure a hassle-free vacation for the family and kids, and Park Hyatt did not disappoint. Despite the holiday crowds, the service team remained attentive throughout. While there was a minor hiccup, it was handled and resolved promptly and professionally. The hotel activities were also very thoughtfully arranged—the bird whistle making and clay sculpting were wonderful and run by skilled staff, keeping the kids thoroughly engaged. The room was fantastic as always; staying in a suite with two adults and two kids was very comfortable. The sea cucumber noodles at breakfast truly lived up to their reputation. The evenings were pure bliss, and unwinding on the viewing terrace with a couple of drinks with the family before bed was so relaxing—this is what a real vacation is all about. Due to roadworks on Sunny Bay Road, there were far fewer tourists around, making the beach exceptionally quiet. The kids had a much better haul beachcombing, and we saw far more marine life while snorkeling than in previous years. Looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Sanya Sun Bay exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious, stylishly designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The private bay snorkeling experience provided by the hotel was fantastic—we got to see marine life up close, and the dive instructors were professional and patient, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling with kids. A special thanks to all the staff members; they were warm, prompt, professional, and attentive, taking care of all our dining, accommodation, and activity needs for both adults and children throughout the trip. These four days and three nights made for a truly relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

Six months later, I'm back at the Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort, and everything is just as wonderful. The dining, environment, and service are all excellent. Another perfect vacation!

Traveling with kids, the courtyard room was very unique. You could walk straight out to the lawn and playground. Having our own private lawn allowed the children to play freely. The room was spacious enough, and the facilities were complete. The staff were all very enthusiastic. They would proactively greet us when they saw us and were quick to help solve any problems. A special thanks here to the manager at Qinyuan. The public areas were all very clean, meticulously tidied daily, making our stay very reassuring. The children absolutely loved the hotel's family activities – the 'Hyatt Camp'. The instructors were all excellent, and the daily activities were diverse and engaging. The hotel's scenery was also beautiful, with picturesque views everywhere you looked, perfect for photos. We loved the daily 'Hyatt Indulgence' + turndown service, which included little desserts. As a dessert lover, I was very satisfied. The hotel's swimming pool was also incredibly beautiful, and my family had a wonderful time! The beach was stunning too, with real 'powder sand' – fine, soft, and pristine (and regularly cleaned!). Both by the pool and at the beach, hot towels, swim rings, and mineral water were readily available for use, which was incredibly thoughtful. The food was also plentiful. At Yue Hall for breakfast, there were special Hainanese snacks every day. Thankfully, we stayed long enough to try them all! I particularly loved the Eggs Benedict and Hainanese rice noodles, and the 'youpo mian' (oil-splashed noodles) was also delicious, appetizing and refreshing. ...There were so many wonderful things that you really have to experience it for yourself! Sunny Bay is so beautiful! Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort is incredibly thoughtful and attentive!! A big thank you to all the staff members we encountered at the hotel team, who were always responsive to our requests and took great care of us! We definitely want to come back if we get the chance!!

Staying in the Ocean View King Room at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort was an absolute 10/10 experience 🌊. Tucked away in Sunny Bay, the resort is surrounded by mountains on three sides and boasts a private, tranquil beach far away from the hustle and bustle. The water is crystal-clear—a stunning "glass sea." The entire hotel feels like a seaside art gallery, with artwork displayed everywhere and a wonderful ambiance created by the interplay of light, shadow, and water features. The room features massive floor-to-ceiling windows offering IMAX-level ocean views; you can admire the blue sea and sky right from your bed. The dark wood interior radiates understated luxury, and thoughtful touches like the ocean-view bathtub and Le Labo toiletries are on point. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt, and the breakfast offered a great variety of both Hainanese local specialties and Western options. The iconic 130-meter infinity pool is super photogenic, and the beach is uncrowded, making it a peaceful spot for a leisurely stroll or just zoning out. There's no need to rush an itinerary here—just listen to the waves, feel the breeze, and truly unwind. It’s the ultimate getaway for anyone looking for a quiet, restorative vacation.

This was my first time staying at the Park Hyatt, and it really feels like they know how to pamper their guests. As soon as our car drove into the 4km-long winding mountain road of Sun Valley, my mood instantly lifted and became so relaxed and joyful. After checking in, while waiting for our room to be ready, we were arranged to enjoy exquisite tea and snacks at the Sun Pavilion. After finishing, I strolled around the public areas and even found a spot to lie down and chill. Since I told the front desk I wanted to make a restaurant reservation, they got in touch with me very quickly. Whenever any issues came up during the stay, the butler was able to resolve them promptly. The restaurants at the Park Hyatt are exceptionally delicious and reasonably priced. The small dried fish served as an appetizer at the Tea House were so good that when packing them up, I mentioned I wanted to take some along—and the staff member packed up such a generous amount for me! The hotel's pool and public areas are truly stunning, complete with thoughtful touches like blankets, bottled water, and tote bags for guests to use. The cakes at the hotel are also to die for! Building 5 was very quiet, and I didn't hear any noise from upstairs or downstairs. If I come back to Sanya and stay at the Park Hyatt next time, I'll definitely choose to stay here first—mostly because they give away so many little snacks, and whatever you can't finish, you can even take along to your next hotel!
