Highly Disappointing Experience with Zam Zam Pullman Our recent stay (dec 2025) at this hotel was significantly below expectations, particularly for an establishment advertised as a five-star property. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the room standard associated with such a rating. Room given to us was 2 star!! Room Quality: The room had a noticeable damp odor upon arrival, and the bathroom was of very poor quality, see attached images. Although we had paid for accommodation for four adults, we were assigned a room prepared for only two. Essential amenities were insufficient, with only two towels, two tea bags, and two glasses provided. Furthermore, room service appeared to be completely unavailable throughout our stay. Service: Service efficiency was severely lacking. During checkout, we experienced an unacceptable delay, waiting approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes for our luggage to be collected from the room. Such delays are highly unprofessional and inconvenient for guests. Accessibility: During peak hours, it took 10–12 minutes for lifts to reach Al Haram, causing considerable frustration. In summary, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a five-star property, and I cannot recommend it based on our experience.

The room was clean, but we have to requested every day to get towels according to the number of the beds. And the toiletries was not filled up everyday, so we should requested also every day. But over all, it was so nice to spent our umrah time in this hotel. Thank you

my family and I stay at Pullman hotel to perform Umroh. The hotel located directly in front of Masjidil Haram and it is very helpful, especially for my little daughters. anything we need is ready in the mall located in the building. The house keeping staffs were all very polite. One think to be improved is the elevators, sometimes we need to wait for the elevators, because the people visiting the malls are also using the elevators.

I like this hotel location. Every year i will stay here if i do umrah. But this time i did not like it because its dirty. Maybe the house keeping forget to clean the sink and toilet. But the room so comfortable. Just need to take extra cleanliness please pullman makkah.
