my family and I stay at Pullman hotel to perform Umroh. The hotel located directly in front of Masjidil Haram and it is very helpful, especially for my little daughters.
anything we need is ready in the mall located in the building. The house keeping staffs were all very polite. One think to be improved is the elevators, sometimes we need to wait for the elevators, because the people visiting the malls are also using the elevators.

I booked a room with a partial Kaabah view, but unfortunately I didn’t get any Kaabah view at all. The housekeeping service was also disappointing — the bed was cleaned late, and even after it was done, it wasn’t properly cleaned or neatly arranged. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room.

I like this hotel location. Every year i will stay here if i do umrah. But this time i did not like it because its dirty. Maybe the house keeping forget to clean the sink and toilet. But the room so comfortable. Just need to take extra cleanliness please pullman makkah.

Pullman ZamZam Makkah is a solid choice for a pilgrim stay in Makkah, especially if your priority is proximity to the Haram and full luxury-hotel services. The location is almost unbeatable. If you manage to get the right block/floor/view and go with realistic expectations (given the size and crowd of the property), you’ll likely have a good experience.
However — if you prefer tranquil, boutique feel, fewer crowds, or especially if you have mobility concerns (elderly, wheelchair) or fiscal constraints — you might want to compare a few other hotels slightly further but with less hustle.

I had a pleasant stay at Pullman Zamzam. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a partial view of the Kaaba which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
However, the amenities provided in the room were not complete. Items such as a toothbrush, soap, or comb were not readily available and had to be requested from housekeeping. It would have been more convenient if these essentials were already provided in the room.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its great location and quality service.

Room bit dated. But major problem, no sound proof at all, as you can clearly hear anything of your neighbour said, also their food smells.
Bit overpriced because the location..Any other things as expected; room size, amenities, breakfast quality.
