We stayed in a deluxe ocean view room on the 6th floor of Zone 2. The location was great, offering a view of most of the ocean. The room was surprisingly spacious and even came with a microwave, induction hob, washing machine, and drying rack, along with disinfectant, laundry detergent, and dish soap. I really didn't expect such amenities from Tianyu Hotel. The balcony faced the sun, so we could easily dry clothes. If we didn't want to go downstairs at night, we could watch the performances from the room. We stayed for 3 nights, and every day was packed with activities and felt very worthwhile. There were lots of kids at the hotel, making it easy for ours to find friends, and they didn't want to leave. Zone 1 and Zone 2 are connected and not too far apart; our kids preferred the children's pool in Zone 1, where they spent two afternoons. The beach is also very close, the water is clear, though the sand is a bit coarse. Besides the pools and sand, Tianyu also has outdoor climbing frames and nets, and animal parades, which were also great fun. The Nuomi butler service was attentive, always responsive, and very prompt. The travel photography service, 'Paipai Box,' was decent, but it does require some extra cash. As a family-friendly hotel in Sanya, Tianyu definitely ranks among the top.

We booked a premium deluxe ocean-view twin room in Zone 1. Even though it was a partial ocean view, the scenery was still fantastic. Waking up to a clear blue ocean outside the window instantly brightened my mood. What surprised me most was that they could combine the two beds and even make them seamless. This was incredibly convenient for families with young children! After combining, it became a super-sized bed, big enough for our family of three to roll around without worrying about falling off. My child was so happy they bounced on the bed several times. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained, without any signs of age, making our stay very reassuring. Mango🥭 Moving on to the hotel's pools, this was where my child spent most of their time. The Zone 1 pool itself was very large, with crystal-clear water and lush greenery surrounding it, making swimming very enjoyable. But our absolute favorites were the lazy river and water slides in Zone 2! Drifting slowly along the lazy river, my child giggled non-stop in their inner tube, going round and round and not wanting to get out. They went on the water slides over and over, shouting "Again!" excitedly after each slide, and I couldn't resist joining in a few times myself. There's also a 4-meter high diving platform in Zone 2. My child was a bit scared at first, but after bravely taking one leap with encouragement, they completely fell in love with it, repeatedly lining up to jump, and their confident demeanor made me incredibly proud. Speaking of my child's happiness, I must mention the 'Fantasy Kingdom'. This is an indoor playground, and the ball pit there is particularly fun. The brightly colored ball pit was filled with a thick layer of balls, and my child plunged into it like diving into an ocean of joy, rolling, throwing balls, and playing hide-and-seek, getting all sweaty but still not wanting to leave. For us parents, an indoor playground is truly a lifesaver; it allows children to burn off energy without worrying about sun or rain. Finally, I have to praise the hotel's hygiene and overall facilities. Whether it was the pathways, the poolside, or the restaurants, everything was spotlessly clean, which was very reassuring. The staff were friendly and always smiled and greeted the children. All sorts of facilities were also readily available, including children's bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries – the attention to detail was excellent. Although we only stayed for one night, the experience far exceeded our expectations. The Sanya Marriott Dadonghai Bay Hotel truly understands the needs of families with children, from the adjustable beds in the rooms to the abundant pool facilities, from the indoor playground to the thoughtful service – every aspect made us feel comfortable. Traveling to Sanya alone with my child, I booked Area Two of Horizon Resort as our first stop. Miss Yue (🌙) contacted me in advance and added me on WeChat, helping me book the airport shuttle service. She also shared activity information and pre-arrival tips, which was incredibly thoughtful! Upon check-in, the room was already equipped with a bed rail and a child's potty. The two single beds pushed together made a 2.4-meter wide bed, which was very large and comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean. The washing machine was incredibly convenient and practical; even if my child needed several outfit changes a day, it wasn't a burden, truly a lifesaver! The hotel grounds are huge, with shade everywhere, so there's no need to worry about getting sunburned when playing in the water or digging in the sand during the day. There are several swimming pools, and the water park is a lot of fun with free slides! We happened to check in during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel held a special parent-child event with a wonderful atmosphere! In the evening, there was also a Li Minority fire dance performance, which was super exciting and stunning! Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'd love to come back for a few more days if I get the chance! Facilities: We booked a deluxe king-size bed room in Zone 1. The 2-meter bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that we were given a corner room, which was too far from the elevator, making it time-consuming with a child. The room had a washing machine, laundry powder, and cleaning effervescent tablets, as well as a towel rack for drying clothes, which was very convenient! There were several pools. The Zone 1 pool had a children's water park with fun slides, but unfortunately, a few were closed. The popular white slides, one high and one low, in the Zone 2 pool were more popular. My child loved the white slides so much he could play on them without eating lunch... Plus, almost all pools were shaded by trees, which was fantastic. Hygiene: We felt it was perfectly fine. One family member is allergic to dust mites, and another has skin allergies to dust mites. We stayed for two nights and neither had any reactions, which indicates the bedding hygiene is good. Environment: Good. Service: Very good. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Our butler, Coco, was also very responsive and even more thoughtful than we were, proactively asking if we needed any services. The parent-child activities were very rich, and my child said he had fun every day and insisted I give Tianyu a five-star review. Dining: The special feature of the Coconut Garden breakfast was Cantonese dim sum, but the variety wasn't extensive, though it was enough to eat. The turnip and beef offal was delicious. The Flowery Sea breakfast had more variety, and I personally thought it was better. You could also choose outdoor seats to enjoy the sea view. For dinner, the Starlight Steak and Seafood Buffet wasn't worth it, as the variety wasn't much; the coconut chicken set meal at Coconut Garden was more cost-effective and tasted good.

Tianyu Resort Hotel is a fantastic family-friendly resort. The grounds are expansive, and the pool is beautiful with plenty of shade. The pool slides are a lot of fun. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast buffets are very generous and offer different options daily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the sea view from the window is stunning. Access to the beach is very convenient. Most importantly, having a washing machine and dryer available is incredibly convenient!

This time, I stayed at District 1 of Tianyu Resort Hotel with my family and my little one. We booked two fresh and luxurious sea-view rooms for two nights, and the whole family had an absolute blast! I simply have to give it a huge thumbs up! Let's talk about the rooms first. We stayed in the fresh and luxurious sea-view rooms, and even though they offered a side sea view, the scenery was still fantastic. Waking up and drawing the curtains in the morning to see the azure ocean instantly uplifted my spirits. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, without any hint of being old or dated. Having two adjoining rooms made it convenient and cozy for the whole family to stay together. 🥕 The swimming pool in District 1 of the hotel is large and the water is crystal clear. The little one couldn't wait to jump in as soon as they saw it. There's a dedicated children's area by the pool with suitable water depth, so parents can feel at ease letting their kids play. The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery, and after a good swim, lounging on a deck chair and enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing. However, what the little one loved most was the lazy river pool and water slides in District 2. The lazy river is cleverly designed; floating along in a tube, round and round, kept the child entertained non-stop. The water slides were endlessly fun; with splashes everywhere and constant laughter as they zipped down. District 2 also has a 4-meter high diving platform, which even the adults enjoyed more than the kids, repeatedly jumping into the water as if they were reliving their childhood. These water facilities filled our entire vacation with joy and excitement. The indoor 'Fantasy Kingdom' was also a paradise for the little ones. It's a large indoor playground, and the ball pit was especially fun, packed with colorful balls. The kids rolled, threw, and played in it, getting all sweaty. The playground also had other educational toys and climbing structures, so even if the weather outside was hot, the children could play to their hearts' content. We adults couldn't resist joining in for a while, and the family time was full of warmth and happiness. The hotel's hygiene and environment also deserve praise. Whether it was the guest rooms, the pools, or the public areas, everything was spotless. The staff were enthusiastic and always greeted guests with a smile, and any requests were handled promptly. The landscaping was beautifully done, making it feel like walking through a tropical garden within the hotel, with birds chirping and flowers blooming, which was incredibly refreshing. This stay at District 1 of Tianyu Resort Hotel left the entire family very satisfied. The little one didn't want to go home, and the adults completely relaxed their minds and bodies. From the pools, water slides, and diving platform to the Fantasy Kingdom and the ball pit, everything left us with wonderful memories. Stepping out of the hotel grounds leads you directly to a private beach with soft, fine sand and clear, blue waters. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the overall environment is tranquil and comfortable, brimming with a tropical island vacation vibe. I booked the hotel's airport transfer service before my trip, and the experience was great. The hotel offers airport pickup every hour from 9 AM to 11 PM. With seniors and children, not having to worry about taxis and going directly to the hotel upon arrival saved us a lot of hassle and exhaustion. Coco's responses were always prompt, and there are daily parent-child activities, with every detail thoughtfully considered, making our stay worry-free. Room cleanliness was very satisfying. The room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, bathrooms free of stains, and bedding neat and odorless. The room facilities were very user-friendly, equipped with a washing machine and drying rack. This was incredibly convenient, especially since clothes often get wet from playing by the sea. The room had excellent lighting and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very good night's rest. The hotel grounds are truly expansive, filled with lush tropical greenery, coconut groves, and sea almond trees providing ample shade. The scenery is delightful. Several swimming pools are scattered throughout the park, including areas for adults, as well as safe children's splash pools and a water park, all well-maintained. The private beach is also well-kept, with sun loungers everywhere. Sitting by the sea in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's parent-child activities are a major highlight, with a rich daily schedule. During the day, you can participate in bubble parties, mudskipper catching, and even encounter deer and watch animal parades. The kids had an absolute blast. In the evening, there are fire dance performances and acrobatics, with exciting and entertaining shows that both adults and children enjoyed thoroughly. There's fun all day long, and you never feel bored. The hotel's dining is also commendable. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and snacks to suit all ages and tastes. The hotel staff are friendly and approachable, always greeting you as you pass by. Overall, Horizon Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa excels in every aspect, from its geographical location, environmental hygiene, and hardware facilities to its butler service and airport transfers, with comprehensive parent-child amenities. It was a very pleasant vacation experience, and I will prioritize choosing it again when I return to Sanya. I sincerely recommend it to families traveling with children.

The food quality was high, with diverse flavors, including authentic Hainanese cuisine and dishes from various regions, catering to the different dietary preferences of our family. The hotel grounds were spacious, featuring both lively amusement areas and secluded seaside paths, allowing everyone to arrange their leisure activities as they wished. The beach was gentle and safe, perfect for the whole family to play by the waves together. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service staff were attentive and meticulous. We had a fulfilling holiday without even leaving the hotel – a very successful family outing.

Five-star review; Tianyu truly lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly hotel. The resort has excellent facilities for kids, and the pools and beach are perfect for little ones.
