The hotel was really good. The staff were friendly and assisting. The breakfast was very good. It had a good range of variety and tasted good. The location was as described maybe 10mins walk or 5mins Didi to the Tianmen mountain centre. There are lots of good restaurants for food nearby. We had a great time staying here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great choice for exploring the beautiful Zhangjiajie area. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our week-long stay. She helped us plan our activities, secured discounted rates for our itinerary, and gave us excellent advice on which days were best to visit the different mountain attractions. She also guided us on how to get there and the best way to arrange our transportation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Lily was friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Her assistance really made our trip more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Upon checkout, they gifted us with Chinese tea and snacks, so thoughtful of them and it will forever hold good memories to stay at their hotel.  We would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Facilities: Well-equipped with a great, powerful shower that feels amazing. Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. The bedding and pillows are crisp, dry, and odorless. Environment: The surrounding area is decent, and parking is convenient and free of charge. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing detailed information and proactively recommending local travel guides. The hotel is located very close to the scenic area's ticket office. Excellent service—they are always responsive and happy to help.

Great stay and wonderful location. Right outside the hotel are lots of restaurants and street food vendors. The staff was friendly and very helpful - Tang was very helpful and helped us book all of our Zhangjiajie tickets and help plan our itinerary. The room was clean and the lobby was very nice. The view from our room was spectacular and the breakfast buffet was pretty extensive. Would come again!

Right by the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, it's just a few minutes' walk to the cableway station and a 10-minute drive to the airport, making getting around super convenient. There's a snack street right behind the hotel, and major chain restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The hotel features a self-service laundry room and a full smart-room automation system. Opening the door opens up to a great view—you can see the backside of Tianmen Mountain right from the room. Kids can also play games in the lobby. Highly recommended!
