The Westin Copley Place, Boston

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

Facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent!

Extremely satisfied! The room amenities were high-quality, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – super quiet. The gym facilities were also comprehensive. Upon arrival, there was an additional charge of $35 + tax, with a $20 credit given back for use at the hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and they also gave us a few complimentary attraction tickets. A very satisfying stay!

The hotel boasts excellent accessibility, being very close to Back Bay Station, where you can also catch the Orange Line. It's less than a 10-minute walk away. Just three blocks' walk will take you to the heart of Back Bay's commercial district, offering a wide array of restaurants, dessert shops, and shopping. MIT is also just 6 subway stops away, across the Charles River.

This Westin was a pleasant surprise on our trip. Boston's prices are high, especially on weekends, so most hotels were expensive. We settled on the Westin after weighing our options. Once we arrived, we found the location to be excellent, right on Copley Square, directly opposite the library and Trinity Church. It's just a few minutes' walk to the start of the Freedom Trail, and convenient for getting to the beautiful shopping streets and Chinatown. The room was spacious, simply furnished, and clean. The hotel restaurant also had good food, and the staff were very enthusiastic. When we checked out, they even called my daughter by her name to say goodbye. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The $30 destination fee got us two $34 tickets to View Boston, two $10 tickets to Trinity Church, plus a $20 dining credit.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time it's mainly due to the hotel's luggage assistance service. After checking out, we waited in a long line for ages to store our luggage. Then, when I went to pick it up, I had to wait a long time again. I was getting anxious about catching my flight, so I impatiently asked the front desk where the person responsible was. Only then did a front desk staff member take my storage ticket to the luggage room and come out with the person in charge. I don't understand why storing and retrieving luggage is so complicated. Why couldn't the front desk staff proactively contact the luggage attendant when they saw the situation? It was really frustrating.

It's very convenient for going shopping. The staff will clean the room tomorrow and change towels and mineral water daily. There's no kettle, but you can ask at the front desk for one, though it costs 5 dollars. There are no disposable slippers in the room, so you need to bring your own.
