A decent hotel, breakfast is crowded and there are weird people that touch food, smell it and put it back but the staff doesn't say anything about it. Also, our view was on a next large building so we had no view.

Santa Grand Signature has excellent front service desk staff. They are very pleasant and always smiling. We stayed in the Peranakan Suite and it was huge! Things were nicely placed though the hairdryer had some like faulty issues. Pillows for the sofa had some frayed ends that needs replacing but no big issues. Breakfast spread could be better with larger variety. Overall a good stay for a family with toddler

Really like this hotel. It was modern and clean the staff were attentive. My room was nice. The morning buffet was very good and delicious.
Location was brilliant. 10 minutes walk from the centre attractions. Six minutes from the MRT train.
The best bit was the pool. I love the pool area. I loved the view, it was the best view of the city. I love the cocktails they served and the food was good too. Not expensive at all.
I will definitely come back here again if I’m in Kuala Lumpur

Its near to city and the rooms is clean. But the drawback is they don’t provide the free parking. Overall satisfied with my stay at the hotel

The hotel was 10/10 except for the absence of nearby restaurants or 7/11. Anyways, grab is affordable if you want to eat out and KLCC and/or Bukit Bintang is just 15 mins away. Breakfast was sooo worth it!

nice view from pool. A very nice and strategic location. However it’s quite noisy at lower floors as kids are running around near 3rd floor, where the cafe is located.

已經第二次入住這家酒店了。但是第二次酒店房間一股奇怪的味道，估計是之前印度人住的。所以房間是否有味道要看運氣了。
酒店位置其實挺好的，對面是公園，旁邊是ocbc寫字樓。 但是就是周圍1公里範圍內沒有什麼吃的。距離雙子塔和茨廠街大約走路15分鐘左右吧。
如果酒店包含早餐，可以在酒店吃，早餐還是相對比較豐富的。晚餐可以在3樓餐廳吃40RM一個人，價格還行。或者叫grab點外賣。
這個酒店歐美人入住很多，早餐週末會堵。
樓頂有mini健身房和mini泳池，可以看到吉隆坡塔，但是看不到雙子塔。
