Overall, it was decent. The breakfast was good, but it's always under renovation, which I've mentioned several times, and it's noisy.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was exhausted after arriving at the hotel early in the morning on a late-night flight, but was greeted with a welcome drink of shiso and healthy dried fruits during check-in. The check-in explanation was concise and clear, and they even arranged my return transfer, which made my stay very reassuring.

A very cozy and beautiful hotel with excellent service and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious with many dishes to choose from. The spa was great. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a particular delight. The room had absolutely everything we needed. The rooftop pool was fantastic. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we loved everything about it.

I was very impressed by the concierge's attentive support. There are so many wonderful experiences to be had, like breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening music! I highly recommend it for couples on a date or families looking for a relaxing stay.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and clean. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a lovely jasmine scent. The fact that there were staff members who spoke Japanese made us feel very at ease. Guests also receive a complimentary afternoon tea once a day, and we really enjoyed the daily changing menu. Furthermore, the hotel staff's hospitality was outstanding. We made a mistake during our stay that caused some inconvenience, but they handled it quickly and without a hint of displeasure, and we are so grateful. If we ever visit Ho Chi Minh City again, we would definitely want to stay here once more.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a three-day stopover on our way to Russia. It's a very stylish hotel with many highlights: - Perfect location right in the city center! Shops, attractions, the pier, and sightseeing bus stops are all within walking distance. - Great bar and pool, complete with happy hour. - Amazing breakfast and more—the room service menu is also very impressive; I had the best cheeseburger of my life. - Excellent service. - Spacious and comfortable rooms. As for downsides, just a couple of minor notes: direct dialing from the room phone wasn't working, so we had to call via the front desk. The jacuzzi was out of order. There were also too few hangers in the closet. I can easily recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the city.
