Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo

Located in the financial district, it's pretty quiet, and super convenient to get around. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the night view outside the window – absolutely stunning. You can see it from the room too! The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was semi-buffet style with a great variety of delicious options. The room facilities were comprehensive, and there was plenty of space.

The views are great, and the service from the moment you walk in until you get to your room is very professional. It's conveniently located near Mitsukoshimae Station for the Ginza Line, and Shin-Nihonbashi Station for the JR Sobu Line, which is just one stop from Tokyo Station. One minor issue: I was told at the front desk that breakfast could be eaten in the room and there wouldn't be an extra charge since it was included in my booking. However, this wasn't clearly explained. I ordered two types of eggs – fried and an omelet – and was charged for the omelet. Also, you can only order one dessert, and a second one costs extra. This wasn't made clear by the front desk.

All the staff were incredibly proactive and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, and the breakfast is rich, with plenty of delicious options. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo.

Amenities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need, including toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, and even a yoga mat. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, I didn't find any dirty spots. Environment: Facing the entire city of Tokyo, it's absolutely stunning. Service: The front desk staff and all other services were excellent and very satisfactory.

Mandarin Oriental once again gave me an unforgettable day. I've celebrated many birthdays at Mandarin Oriental before, and this time was no exception. The Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, was absolutely perfect. While the facilities are luxurious, they might not be considered top-tier luxury. The main perfection truly lies in the service. Michelle, the beautiful front desk staff from Indonesia, was incredibly thoughtful. On my birthday, the hotel provided several delightful surprises, further solidifying my belief that coming here to celebrate my birthday was the absolute right choice. Looking for delicious food? Mandarin Oriental offers classic French cuisine, the best pizza, and excellent sushi... And if that's not enough, downstairs you'll find the best fruits in Japan, the finest Spanish cuisine, and top-notch Chinese food. Right next to the hotel is the Mitsukoshi Main Store, so choosing a birthday gift was absolutely stress-free. The upgraded room was spacious, the internet was good, the facilities were excellent, the lighting design was well-thought-out, and the hot water in the bathroom was fantastic. A perfect hotel, a perfect experience.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs. It's close to several subway lines, and a convenient walk to Akihabara. Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya department stores are also right around the corner. The hotel service was exceptionally good, definitely exceeding five-star standards.

The room size was just right, and while it wasn't new, the level of wear was acceptable. A pleasant surprise was seeing Mount Fuji in the distance from my room on the third day! The overall service from MO was also very satisfactory. On the evening of check-in, I even got to eat sushi that normally requires a week's advance reservation, which was great!
