Our stay at Hotel Orto de’ Medici in Florence was charming and memorable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to major attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives the area a relaxed, authentic feel.
The service was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, offering great recommendations and making the stay feel personal.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly styled, with a cozy atmosphere that matched the hotel’s historic character. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt well maintained and relaxing.
One of the highlights is the hotel’s beautiful historic courtyard and garden, which adds a peaceful touch you don’t often find in central Florence.

Pleasant stay and excellent hospitality from the staff . Impressive buffet breakfast . There is construction going on the first floor . Which we were not informed prior to stay there’s reduced breakfast time and vibrating noise during business hours

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, and the employees were very responsive. There are some great restaurants, like MIRO, just minutes away. I will definitely be back!

房間陳設簡單，但是衞生很好很乾凈，該有的都會提供，除了牙刷牙膏以外，一次性備品都有。酒店會為客人提供付費停車場，代客泊車，很方便，根據酒店提供的路線進入ztl就可以。陽台看到的圓頂應該是美第奇禮拜堂的（？），不是很確定，整體來説很好
